- A modern tropical 2 level house, this house is designed to keep into consideration flooding with its elevated approach to planning. The ground floor is essentially assigned as a utility zone with the main floor elevated containing the living areas. It is inspired by Philippine's traditional house, the BAHAY KUBO which is usually built on stilts.
The house has 2 BEDROOMS at the main level along with other living areas such as kitchen, dining area, living area, toilet and bath and a porch.
The ground floor has the Utility areas such as laundry room with toilet and bath, a dirty/utility kitchen, a dining area, and a carport.

I like the design of this house especially the ground level because you can also host a party there. I'd love to tweak some things if I'd build this in the province. Hopeful and praying to build my own house soon. 🙏 Gotta save some money first. Great job and great work! 😁

Love this but I need a roof deck and pool. Saw a design where there was a dirty kitchen next to the pool. That was a cool idea.

I like it.. I would add a dumb waiter to carry laundry/groceries between the lower and upper floors. Also, extend the roof out to protect against the elements.
No worry i will install a small hydrolic elevator . ....Good exercise if may brown out. I love this house wish i am still young to enjoy it...
I like the concept of utilising the garage as something like a dirty kitchen/utility space, but I would not be happy to do laundry going up and down several times if I have many loads to do, especially if getting older. Otherwise, really nice.

This is exactly what I want except for the laundry area downstairs. I would want to add a food and grocery elevator. Best thing about this design is not letting any visitors in the main house ahahaha.. Just thinking of it makes me so happy.

I like it and If I will build a house now this one is my top choice! however can we adjust the stairs I want the door to open up in the living room and dont like seing the kitchen first.

Wow nice design. What if roof deck para in case aabot yung tubig baha almost sa 2nd floor meron pang roof deck na masilungan. Para iwas rin masira sa lakas ng hangin. Pwede kaya yan sa tiny house design po?

Btw luv the design and plan. Would be perfect as the main house in my dream compound with little casitas, maybe 3 small structures just for sleeping, small living area each and it’s own bath and its mini wet bar. I want each my kid to stay in a casita and everyone congregate on the lower level of this structure for meals. I would extend this structure out to accommodate a long table that sits 12. Very impressed.
I would change 1 minor detail - the doors, I’d keep the design with simple straight lines sans the arch on top. Something like a craftsman style door, more in keeping with the simplicity of the overall archi.

Bringing furniture inside is gonna be nightmare
Outdoor style furniture like patio furniture would work well here. Would be nice also to have an automatic garage style doors to enclose the lower level as needed but most of the time leave them up and the space open. Nothing like cooking ala aire libre.
