Can i request for a “U” shaped bungalow house design with a courtyard in the middle of the “U” with 5-6 bedrooms all with en-suite T&B, a separate powder room for guest... with lanai and an elevated cabana with outdoor kitchen set on a 1,000sq. meter lot

Love this! If only there could have 5 bedrooms including master bedroom with en-suite T&B on the same floor. And guest roome downstairs with en-suite T&B too. Privacy and decency is important to me.

Hi deydy, the total area of this plan is 250sqm which would cost a lot more to construct when computed on a 18K~35Kphp per sqm
for a 250sqm house, atleast 10m i would say, specially with that kind of finish, +1m for the pool

ask any architect to design a 3rd floor for this house. I stared at the blueprints for hours but adding an extra room anywhere else will disrupt natural light.

Hi Richard! that is a massive lot you got. High end finish starts at 35k per sqm. This design has 250sqm non enclosed areas
