With its minimal and almost unassuming modern facade, this luxury 4 bedroom topical house design perfectly conceals a hidden oasis within, with plenty of lush tropical plants and a fish pond spanning almost the full length of the house. Containing over 140sqm of internal living space (70sqm per level), this house design is perfect for large families and growing families.
Sitting on a footprint of only 70sqm with its widest point at 6.75meters, this design is perfect for narrow and long plots, It can also be stacked sideways to make a duplex or row of terrace houses.

I really like this design. The first small house I've seen with all the room I would need for myself and still have room for family when they visit. The only thing I'd add was a balcony to the upper master bedroom and even then that's not 100% necessary =)

Like to see a detail vlog of this design. This short video failed to show the complete layout, perhaps intentionally to avoid design copying . The ambience does looks fabulous though

Switch the studio/office at the first floor with the bedroom at the entrance and you get a better and more useful house for a family of 4/5. You can always turn the extra room in whatever you like (guest room, second office, storage, gym, music room, home theater) if you have one or no child at all

The house plan is excellent - the design is great as well… But I must make a note of the fast zooming and drastic change of perspective an angle which prevents anyone to fully understand and immerse themselves in the environment of the home. The video makes it very surreal and that makes me just not watch it until the end… And I absolutely love modern architecture maybe that is something you can correct
