I watched Mors Kochanski's videos which inspired me to try making a super shelter myself. I went out on the 4th December, returning next day and found out he passed that same day. Only after I uploaded and a subscriber mentioned Mors had passed, otherwise I would have a proper tribute mention in my video
Excellent shelter , maximum way to keep warm and without using expensive tents and sleeping bags, great survival skills aswell , loved the whoop at the bloke in the cyack lol hahaha 🤣🤣❤

Excellent i think you did a great job on the shelter, Mors Kochanski would be proud of you. Nothing wrong with avoiding freezing weather if you dont like it. Camping should be about having a nice time not enduring misery! Thanks for a great video. i wonder if that canoe guy was in the police helicopter helping them find the local Bigfoot after he heard it lol ;-)
I could camp in horrible freezing weather and survive but it would be a miserable experience and not worth doing if its not fun and I'm not going to do it just to prove I can. That Kayaker is now a BF believer, thanks for watching dude

Thanks Steve, I never stopped all day building the shelter, filming and talking shite. I've managed to keep the video to under 20 mins, even though I had a couple of hours footage. It was like glamping in a heated chalet and well worth the effort to build. Mancamper likes it but didn't use it as a super shelter as he isn't the warm weather wanderer that I am haha!!.. thanks for watching Bro

Good idea, I never thought of using brambles for cordage, but are longer than nettles and probably better
