I'm so glad I found Dr Bloch, someone that's been there and understands. Thank you Richard for mentioning Saint Jude, I haven't prayed for days, maybe weeks, that's how debilitating depression has been, but I'm praying today, not once, more than that, the patron saint of impossibles prayer has helped me in the past. One day at a time. ❤

Douglas, your videos got me through the toughest time in my life. I was grieving the loss of my father and could not see the light at the end of the tunnel for the longest time. Your videos helped me see the light again. Thank you for being so wonderful!

Thank you Douglas for all of your videos. I used to wonder if you would ever get seriously depressed again after your last depression. It's a hard thing to watch you suffer. It also reminds me that we should never take our times of good mental health for granted. Get well soon Douglas. I really hope you pull through this quickly
    💚

That was great, Richard and Doug, I live in Scarborough, Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and to hear another Canadian man’s story from Vancouver was really inspiring in some ways … our mental states can be area specific, and I think Canadians go through a unique depression, different from that of those in the United States, or in other countries …

I think I have hurt people because of my depression, not because I wanted to but because I wanted them to stay away from my hellhole. It was not the right decision but I had not strength to be rejected by them if they knew about my problems. It sounds weird but when your mind isn't working you do stupid things.

Sir I am coming out of my depression, in fact it’s crazy but it has been completely gone for the last week after having it for what is now almost 9months. I am in the military and I know I will be deploying in about a year. Is there certain things I can do beyond food and exercise to protect myself from falling back in with that stressor?
