You are using cassia bark not cinnamon. Cassia is injurious to liver if taken regularly . Please use only srilankan cinnamon. If want to know more about cinnamon contact to Indian Institute of Spice Research, Calicut.
Almost 90% if not more, of all the "CINNAMON" sold is cassia bark! Sri Lankan Cinnamon is the real thing with a much more robust flavour. True foodies know that.
Lasi lemek is converted in to a Indian ghee rice....funny recipe... 😁 They never use ghee, tomato, yogurt etc...try to stick with genuine recipes please 😁
Nasi biryani from Malaysian style but spices, ingredients and methods are used indian so why Malaysian biryani there's nothing like Malaysian style in it
The fusion of adding coconut milk and lemongrass in biryani is similar to our Nasi lemak ( coconut milk rice). Perhaps, that's why.. I for one, cook biryani my Indian style and nasi lemak my Malaysian style😉
