Moon Baby's mission will give you the best bang for the buck. I highly recommend you doing these over the others. Once you unlock the sensor upgrades you wont have to worry about money again. You will be able to scavenge for supplies and sell the ones you dont need. Never have to buy your own supplies again.
Because he unlocked zone 3 before zone 2, he may be soft locked out of her mission. Happened to me and some people I saw on forums, raised a ticket to call out the bug but haven't heard news, maybe they'll see this comment, or if it happens to Drae, they'll fix it quicker
I just knew the answer because of the movie Richie Rich in the 90s. It had a joke scene where a gadget smells the compound and they take a moment to remember what it was the proper name for
I like to put the airlock hatch right next to the loot, takes time to line the truck up, but makes the space walk fast and easy. Just started the game, it's probably your fault I even have it. Definitely enjoying it.
Visuals dont always cost anything, and tanktown is cheap gas, saw that on the map, but have yet to see any need to go there. Glad you needed gas and noticed it.
The map also shows you what is illegal where and how much security each base has. I was hauling the triple trailer load and got tagged for a weight check, I was worried about a triple load so unhooked it before being weighed, but I think the weight only applies to the truck and not the load. One of the upgrades increases the load value, so be careful you dont overload the truck with stuff inside it.
you got me to buy it! my Dad was a truck driver & a lifelong science fiction head. I'm about to spend my Saturday hanging out with his memory. update: I'm about ten hours into playing. my God, it feels exactly like the Interstate felt to an eleven-year-old, mixed with everything classic sci-fi.
you need the scanner from moon baby. It lets you scan for salvage beacons. Thats when the money rolls in. The game had an update that fuxes the job payouts and cell power and price
Question for you when the update hit did all your power cells that where in use drop to roughly 30 percent happened to me was curious if it happened to anyone else
Idk I've been playing on the standard mode before and after the update and it's a lot easier to make money. A 5 jump job was like 2k -3k a job now it's closer to 5k. I seem to be making money no problem just hauling now and the penalties are extreme
you can press g 3 times to get into a camera view which helps in viewing if there are any rocks or debris in front of your truck way easier, also great video as always man!
You can turn the debris warning off, if you look up while seated one of the overhead switches turn off the warnings. Also the "tollways" are like hyper jump rings, they are significantly "faster" as it dilates time the least.
You are definitely gonna want to start investing in hardcase chests to protect all your items. Even just 1 or 2 hp lost brings the value of that item down tremendously.
I like how he spent this entire episode trying to unlock the Mining colonies when, in fact, he has had them unlocked for a while and he instead unlocked the solar provinces
I find looking through the cockpit instead of the outside view more easy to dodge debris, as long as you don't let them pass TOO close. Outside view will always have a blindspot cast by your own truck, while from inside the hood don't cover too much of the view.
Once you get the scanner, the game fundamentally changes from trucking to salvage. You ain't gonna spend 15 min sweating for 2k when you're pulling in 8k for a microprocessor.
6:39 i'm curious what would happen if you cut someone off right as they're about to jump, would their vehicle just slam into yours? or would they just go through you
Short version because this is not the current episode: Having more air filters means that you distribute the dust that is trapped amongst all four and you can breathe better. Obviously the problem being once your air filters clog up, it's harder and harder to breathe and you lose oxygen. This is why you need to have four air filters and in the best conditions possible for best oxygen flow. (Also you salvaging while your perishables spoil is pure Drae, never stop!😂)
I wonder if this was recorded prior to the newest update because the cells have a + to tell the power of them. They also changed the power of them, 100, 250 and 500.
Man, 10 hours in and barely scratching the surface of the upgrades. I guess the whole idea is to gain a ton of XP to unlock the map and skills as fast as possible then start making bank.
Drae, first, thanks again for your amazing content that never fails to cheer me up ❤ Also,do you know you can fuel up your truck yourself? It has a port on the underside where you can put fuel in, I just cant remember exactly what it needs. But it was in those tanks and gas conisters you sometimes find. So much for now, keep truckin and stay safe. And give Moon Baby my regards 😺
It’s been way too long since I’ve visited your channel. I’m sorry for that but I found you again. I’ve got a lot of videos to catch up on can’t wait to see what you’ve been up to
Be careful hauling all those batteries around they are extremely heavy. If you go to the star map and mouse over and click on systems you can see the temperature of the system and also which goods are sold at what rates. I personally have had really good luck collecting electronics finding them in salvage and buying in systems where they are being sold at a premium. You hafta watch the weight of your truck though as if you get pulled into a weight station and you are overweight you get hvy fines and they force you to dump cargo to meet your weight restrictions. You can of course increase the weight you can carry by spending your skill points. Also be careful of high security systems they will confiscate and prohibited goods and fine you if you pass into a system where they are restricted, for this reason I tend to avoid picking up explosives.
Just wait till you get to Reaper's Bluff or Solitude out in the Enigma Territories or even Haze Way in the Mineral Colonies then you will think back to the starting systems with fondness for being so uncluttered
Drea do creative mode if u dont have a built in sandbox mode I can show u a way to bassically get sandbox mode it only takes a few seconds Also loved the eminem reference
Hey drae, there is a switch above your head when you drive the truck that will turn off system alerts, which will get rid of the annoying debris warning!
drae....I've been asking you for a while...but im still gonna keep asking you again and again... please do series on survival fountain of youth the game... been wanting to see you how you survive again😂..

TNT…. Try-Nitro-Methanol … Nailed It! 😂
I guess Drae doesn't listen to much AC/DC
@@eduardopena5893 More lik miss Chem education in school:)
I just knew the answer because of the movie Richie Rich in the 90s. It had a joke scene where a gadget smells the compound and they take a moment to remember what it was the proper name for
Trinitrotoluene
I don’t blame him, I didn’t get it either! 😅
"look at my truck its pristine today"
lol thats going to change 😅

I figured the store wouldn't buy them because they're illegal, I'm glad you found out because of a cut screen instead of being pulled over.
Hey Drae, you can repair your truck at any paint shop or upgrade shop as well as the cosmetic shops.
4:29 "Snap back to reality, whope there goes gravity whoa"
Drae: (plays a awesome dialog-based quest)
also Drae: Well that sucks
"why is everyone swerving everywhere?" 25:04 Mayby beacouse you are driving literally in the middle of the road?
What road? It’s space
And Drae totally forgot about his secret compartment to hide illegal stuff. He will probably be scanned soon 😂.
He got lucky he randomly discovered it 😁
you got me to buy it!

Would u recommend doing a normal playthru and not a custom one with this update?
Question for you when the update hit did all your power cells that where in use drop to roughly 30 percent happened to me was curious if it happened to anyone else

"Snap back to reality and bring back some gravity." That was good!😂

You sir, are a saint. That damn debris warning drives me up a fuckin wall
You are definitely gonna want to start investing in hardcase chests to protect all your items. Even just 1 or 2 hp lost brings the value of that item down tremendously.
Drea, put your gas can into your airlock. And you can use gas cans to fill your tank. The tank is outside, under your cab.

28:28
"Grandma Valley" lmao
In the body shop you can upgrade your sensors so you can detect more salvage thingys
The highlight of my day is @Drae suffering!!!!! XD
Lol it's so relatable
I wonder if this was recorded prior to the newest update because the cells have a + to tell the power of them. They also changed the power of them, 100, 250 and 500.
3:08 no drae your LJ. You lost
Drae: over-focuses on the story missions, which repeatedly have NPCs using his callsign
Also Drae: doesn't even know his own character's callsign
you should be able to close the curtain around the bed and if you can put all your floating stuff in there and you are free from view blocking junk.
“ I miss having gravity “ has to be the most first world problem ever
Sour candy helps with the Restricted items
If you haven't done sour candies jobs and got your blast shields fixed you don't have to worry about heat you can't go to solar flare areas
Wait till he explore Bermuda Gap and most specially Kingsweave 😂👍🏻❤️🔥
There should be an upgrade that allows to set the gravity generators force to save energy, why a full G if the half is good enough?
For a guy who likes salvage so much he sure is blind to the sensors upgrades
i hope this series never ends
5:08 Theres a switch to the left of the cb radio to turn off warning alerts if you dont like them blocking your screens
14:15 the ucc repaired itself while you were storing it
"That's bigger than I thought or a small zone."
THATS WHAT SHE SAID!!!
@Drae
just deactivate the system alerts from the top right side, near the engine switch
Finally got the Barrow upgrade
Drae, pleeeaaase carry a container with you when you find salvage spots! Helps carry more items, more efficiently!
I did already watch this content, but enjoying it two times
Keep these going, I love them so much.
HEY DRAE CAN YOU KEEP UPLOADING THIS GAME ITS FUNNY AF
Keep on trucking Drae.
Love seeing long drae videos
That heat sensitive job was also perishable. That's probably why its constantly degrading
13:12 I was lucky with my first salvage, I got 4 chests
Drae playing these games sounds like me when I'm working. The excitement level rarely reaches above 😑. lol
Man, 10 hours in and barely scratching the surface of the upgrades. I guess the whole idea is to gain a ton of XP to unlock the map and skills as fast as possible then start making bank.

I think this video was pre-update.
Keep up the good work! love your videos, and I'm waiting for more video's of squirrel with the gun!! :)
Huge upgrades and progress I think ^_^
Oh the fun trucking in space
Wondering if you could combine jobs and trailers? So one trailer of job 1, second trailer of job 2, etc and tow them together?
Another episode of Drae Gets Frustrated in Space!
Dusty reminds me of the trucker from joy ride😅
It’s been way too long since I’ve visited your channel. I’m sorry for that but I found you again. I’ve got a lot of videos to catch up on can’t wait to see what you’ve been up to
did you notice the body shop will give you sensors to detect salvage?
Go for another one
This game reminds me of Pacific Drive,Just truck that delivery instead

I would love to try this game, but seeing how it went when i played ETS2 i don't think this will go any better
He do be balling
2:07 Lmao its 2 Drae!
Learn more chem:)
5:38 Dont say:).)
So astoreable!

Drea do creative mode if u dont have a built in sandbox mode I can show u a way to bassically get sandbox mode it only takes a few seconds
Also loved the eminem reference
I’m thinking about buying this game
RedSock? it's supposed to be PinkSock right?
Good vid
Tri
Nitro
Methyl
aka TNT
Ahh yes TNT. Good ol trinitrotul- methyl... Trinitromethyl. Yea. Lol
This Game should be a MMO in the Sense of that the other Trucks are actual Players
Playing in 3rd person the whole time is such a scaredy cat move, glad the Solar Flare areas will force you to play the proper way.
Damn didn't know the game had a proper way to play. How cool
Eeva? E.V.A!
Anyone else going for the 100% of this game?
turn those inside lights off if not at a station ,,,they eat power
I dung it 😆
Aww
Hey drae, there is a switch above your head when you drive the truck that will turn off system alerts, which will get rid of the annoying debris warning!
Yeah boi!
Space Truckers?
The Quiz LMAO
First two missions i did, i made nothing. Due to deduction from collision and what not. I made, literally 12 bucks second mission.
moreeeee
love the vids
When are you going to play zoochosis
16 hour
What happened to contractvailly and dealer simulator
Gramma Valley sounds....disturbing
They need Futurama ships in this game
You can turn off the debris warning etc by toggling the system alerts switch above your head. It's very annoying when you're flying just with cameras.
drae....I've been asking you for a while...but im still gonna keep asking you again and again...
please do series on survival fountain of youth
the game...
been wanting to see you how you survive again😂..
drae good vid but you should make another mon bazou vid (like this so he sees it)
9:15 if only there was some sort of device that you could carry that stored items..... jesus effing Christ.
