Your statements are wrong sister. GST is applicable only for the gold rate and GST is not applicable for wastage and making charges. Example. If I am buying a gold for 1,00,000 then GST is for 3% (3,000) If waste is 10% (10,000) and making charges 10%(10,000). Then the net amount that I am supposed to pay is 1,23,000. If I apply the same example as per your guidelines, gold rate is 1,00,000, waste is 10% (10,000) and making charges 10% (10,000). In total 1,20,000. Now if we apply 3% GST for 1,20,000 then the GST is 3,600. In this case, I am supposed to pay for 1,23,600 in total. Which is 600 rupees extra. This is how we are getting cheated in a gold shop. It's our right to ask them questions about this while buying gold. Once again I am making it very clear that GST is not applicable for wastage and making charges. GST is applicable only of the gold. I really respect your efforts that you have taken to make this video but please provide correct information to your subscribers. Thank you.

It's right only brother... I referred a lot including purchase bills and then only I gave a video... U can check in the websites or in the shops...Gst calculated for total amount (as it's a service tax).. total amount means wastage making charges and gold rate... If there is no wastage and making charges then it's calculated for gold rate only... I really appreciate your comment, for the kind way of conveying....
