I used to watch this when I was a kid. Half of these videos are as old as I am. Good times
Me too. Love this show.
Me too, if they did a reboot tons of footage even more crazy since then.
Wish they'd bring back and updated version but who would replace John Bunnell?
Same I was 3 years old when I used to watch this but these videos was on the show since the late 90s
@@yournamehere4627 we have no idea
This show along with America's Most Wanted was part of my weekend as a kid
World's Wildest Police Videos was one of my favorites along with Forensic Files.
Same here, @wwecoltsfan!
and don't forget Unsolved Mysteries
@@johnreynolds1527 did I watch some episodes of Unsolved Mysteries growing up? Yes, never really liked it as a kid. I was more of fan of Rescue 911 hosted by William Shatner.
@wwecoltsfan yeah I was more into Nightrider, Streethawk and AIRWOLF.
Watched this all the time as a kid in the late 1990s. This old footage still holds up! There is some crazy shit in here. Bunnell’s narration is top notch. Goated
I didn't discover this series until last year. I wasn't even alive when most of this was filmed but man this stuff is just as crazy as we see today, criminality will never change.
This show played a huge part in my childhood.. made me want to be a police officer. Now, 5 years commissioned as a police officer, seeing this pop up on RUclips is awesome. Ill never forget John Bunnell's voice!
hell ya,preciate ya
I applied for the RCMP and military on the same day in 1998. I spent 20 years in the army and still haven't heard back from the RCMP
@@timkeenan7419 that ridiculous
👍 💙💙
@@timkeenan7419 Don't take it personal. You know dogs always eat paperwork that they find 🐶
Thank you for posting these! One of my favorite shows as a teenager.
That robber shooting just above the girls head is just so so dangerous and also a lucky girl..😥
what an iconic voice from my childhood....
I remember watching these shows as a teen. Life was so blurry and pixelated back then. It wasn't the camera, it was how things looked!
*puddle of mud, "Blurry" plays somewhere in the distance...
Well at least they had colored the whole world by then, it must have been tough in the black and white days
@@wika1117 I wouldn't know about the black and white days... but I agree, matching would have been impossible!
VHS bro 😉
First update of the score of kiwis against Pakistan. 281 for 6 and last 4 overs to go. Current videos of police chase is thrilling. As I had been a victim of store/truck stop in Houston Texas I had been held up by a African American. My manager had been away for his son's birthday party. I had quite the job and drove to New York crossing the mighty river and kept driving in my hyndae excell.
7:45 Feel bad for that female reporter :( the man who punch her should be aprehended
All reporters deserve worse... Especially mainstream media reporters
Nah. He has to live with the reputation of being a woman beater. That's punishment enough
@@crazyman7671he can live with it in prison.
@@crazyman7671you’ve never been to the ghetto have you Lmfao they beat women literally all the time. Like 75% of the time. It’s their culture. Not all, but a lot. Especially when it comes to attacking those outside their “group,” they’ll actually be celebrated. Even if it’s a child. Idc how bad it sounds or if you believe me or not, 12% of the population is responsible for MORE than half of the violent crimes.
you know that happened like 25+ years ago, right?
Used to get so excited as a kid to watch this and COPS
Same that was when I was 8 and 9 years old those were the good times for me
Same here.
Crazy how it doesn't matter the age everyone loves cop shows😊 including me I'm 35
@@erinjd5687 I'm 19 and I still watch cops and world's wildest police videos that will never get old for me
These are certainly a blast from the past , I can remember watching these late at night on an old huge satellite dish back in the day .
man im only 18 but ill tell you what times sure have changed. Id do anything to go back. what a time to grow up.
Your only 18? Shiit kid your balls ain't even dropped yet to be talking about the "times".
He surrendering to the Helicopter😂😂😂
Absolutely stupid to send the female undercover cop back in!! Smdh
What the hell were they thinking?!
Absolutely ridiculous!!
Not just the female cop. The male cop's cover was blown too, since he was with her. Very bad decision making, sucks to have your cover blown and that project basically blown up but they could've easily both been killed. Not worth it.
@@Phoenix-mh5eo agreed, but the gamble was worth it. Stupid, yes. Fate was on the officer's side that time.
17:20 the added sound 😂 and that thunderbird wine sounded like she broke a window over his head 🤣🤣🤣
Proof that an angry woman wielding a glass bottle is a woman not to be messed with.
Seeing that last video of the truck getting demolished by the transport literally shocked the fuck out of me like hand over the mouth
I have never actually truly gasped until that first crash. HOW THE HELL DID EVERYONE SURVIVE?!
My thoughts exactly so I had to rewind over and over....they survived over 1 second(if that). He totally missed the mini van by an inch so hits the jeep in the engine spinning it around...then hit the red truck in the driver door but not head on since it hit the jeep toward the front. One blink I think woulda changed everything. That's crazy scary. Amazing what 1 blink of an eye can change
@@sandymartin642 dear lord.
@@sandymartin642 I hope that the driver of the red Nissan 200 was able to safely get out of the car.
@@michaellovely6601 me, too. That was scary AF
I'm surprised the jeep driver was alive those things are dangerous AF and literally only safety features are a seatbelt and possibly a airbag my dad has a 78 CJ that barely has seatbelts but that was a yj which is late 80s early 90s but still just as dangerous
"Because _knowledge is power_ - a power that could save your life."
Although used in later episodes, it's that one phrase which says it all about these wild moments.
I have been literally binge watching these at work for about two weeks now.. love em
This is one of the best videos I've ever seen!! It was crazy!! I am so grateful for police officers everywhere!!! You are heros
6know and
My favorite show when I was 17. Never missed an episode.
Props to officer Rex Bishop for still doing his job after having his jaw broken twice!
And extra props to the man's kids and the bystanders who may have saved that officer's life.
Great to hear Sherief John Bunnell’s voice! Thanks for uploading.
we use to talked about this show Monday morning at the office... back in the day... Crazy 90's
42:40 This is the moment I first time watched back when I 12 years old on TV program in Malaysia and will never be forgotten the rest of my life .
I remember sitting infront of the TV before school watching these, John Bunnells voice will probably stay with me forever
YES, Some John Bunnell Narration, I mean vintage Police videos in High Quality!!!
Boy let me tell ya...this show was a MASSIVE part of my childhood. Some of my earliest memories (I'm 29) was watching this on FOX with my dad and mom with the popcorn flowing...good times. Really one of the only things my dad and I did together was watch this show whenever it was on...or COPS😂
19:07 disc scratch its too funny
35:30 That shotgun reload sound is straight out of Doom.
5:07 Is anybody seeing these gas prices!
Omg. $1.29. I would love it if that was still the price.
I am so pleased to have Sheriff John Bunnell, Capt. C. W. Jensen, and Larry Welk back at my side after such a long time.
LMAO! 😂 I watch the TV when I was younger this is hysterical I love it
this show brings back a lot of memories for me and my dad no matter what i was doing i was 16 doing my own thing i always carved out time with this show glad i found it great show and memories
I see so many people acting like rabid animals
They are rabid animals.
That crash in Oceanside,😢 INCREDIBLE no one died!
This is a perfect example to use when people say the world has never been as messed up as it is now. We are still just animals also.
I still remember being shocked by that final clip way back when this show aired on TV when I was a kid. I couldn't imagine the thought process those two had (Or lack thereof). Two teens killed in the blink of an eye over a stolen lawnmower. They had their whole lives ahead of them. And just like they, they lost them because of something so trivial and minor.
I used to sitting in front of TV every week waiting for this show to come on ...👍👍👍👍
The Pilot Episode of the most defining decade in TV! Super Thanks for the Rare Video Upload!☺️🤩😻😺
Hardly rare is it? It's on RUclips ffs...
I remember watching this just to see the car crashes. Watching this show again today makes me think entirely different from before.
24:42 Yes you were resisting, with or even without violence!
When you snatched your driver license, you resisted!
Completely agree. The dude really needed to just accept he fucked or fight it in court instead of doing all that. His behavior was ridiculous for someone meant to uphold the law.
I hope Season 2 gets uploaded, can't wait!!!
The only thing that I can say is God bless and protect our police force 🙏🏻
Thank you for uploading #WWPV! The show is, by far, the best show ever!
I too also used to watch this tv show when i was a kid...we used to find it amusing. It was a great show, and still is..great work!!👏👍🏻💪
Memory unlocked, holy hell.
I used to watch this show back in days when I was 7 years old 90s TV shows used to be great
Thanks for uploading bro
30:10 "Off Duty, On Duty, Heavy Duty"
- John Bunnell
I was born in 1997. I love watching police chases before I was born!! I grew up with my parents watching this!!
"You got cuffs on ya, Huck?"
"Is the Pope Catholic?"
🤣👌
Good old Sheriff John Bonnell, i remember him on Cops at some thief and drug dealers house leaving a message on the answering machine saying we have all your stolen goods and stolen Corvette. Have a nice day.
Back then he was a Sergeant for the Sheriff's Department of Multnomah County, Oregon.
Thanks for uploading these! You just brought me back my childhood
Man I LOVED this show back in the day!! I loooove the cop @ 31:55 and then his partner comes in "You got cuffs on ya, Huck?" "Is the pope Catholic?" Sounds like those guys would have made a great 80s buddy cop show LOL
"Buying a Brewski with a knife."
As of 3 months ago, this is now my favorite channel on RUclips!❤❤❤
All right! Keep ‘em coming!
Nostalgia getting home off the bus in 6th grade and my older brother in the room watching this while waiting for toonami to come on and watch DBZ, ed edd and Eddy. Damn wish I can go back in time my birthday tomorrow and turning 29 my brothers in Korea and is 34 time flies and sure waits for no man 😮
Miss this shows seriously this was way better then the videos on tv noww no zoomin out the shootouts or the accident etc real videos
Loved this show when I was a kid 🤟🤟
Something feels wrong about watching this show without commercials.
He snatched his Driving License from the deputy on duty was enough to put him under microscope.
Love this show! Watch it when I was younger!
Anyone else realize you weren’t even a thought when these videos happened😂 2002 baby over here watching chases in the 1990s!
This show told my age 😢. I use to love this show. I stay in Houston. I knew exactly where it was.
More Please!!!
6:15 It doesn’t look very suburban, it looks like a cigar neighborhood
even these were great videos in the 90s they are still great action for 2023 as well
42:41 was the craziest chase for me
One of my all time favorite shows.
This show was the best back in the day.
Thank you!!!! One of my favorite shows. These bring back memories!!
Just found this I really enjoy these
33:04 how do u manage to lose control of a bus lol
Now we have Twitter to see these types videos lmao
What year are these videos from, 1993
It almost always says on the camera. Lol
Yes, the good ol days!
The Show came out in 1998
So if you haven't heard of world's fastest police chases that was released in 1997 and world's wildest police videos was released in 1998
This episode first aired April 2, 1998 so all videos are older than that. Most are probably years older than that.
those two teens died in that crash...
“You got cufs on you huck
“Is the pope catholic “😂😂 32:00
Ive been watching this show since high school
Larry Welkes voice has so much potential
Great camera tech. Filming from above the clouds in New Mexico.... 😅
Right jab....? Err right hook mate.
Sheriff John Bunnell 🧓🏻🛡️
Sheriff John Bunnell and Anderson Cooper are the definition of the term "Silver Fox." By definition the term "Silver Fox" means an older gentleman who can make gray, silver or white hair stylish and visually appealing.
The last one: " Honey, I'm home!
This tv show still needs to be on tv
YOU ARE SIMPLY THE BEST THERE IS !!!!
I miss this show
Me too. This was my favorite when I was a kid
Oh no not this ol chest nut, honestly I was an “armchair baddie” I always was upset when they get caught 😂
Police videos was my go to for guilty pleasure TV
Nice O.G. Call of Duty type theme
This show, and video game, were awesome 😂🤣
9:52 Roblox out here getting sued for using the 'oof' sound meanwhile my boy John with the WWPV been doin' it since '96! I loved this show as a child and I still do!
Thanks for the tip Colourshed
Oh hey me too
This was. My favorite shower growing up crazy the difference between the cops and the videos to the cops and videos now
What is with all of the extra in the captions?
Used to watch this all the time on channel 5
37.36 why did they put a sound effect on when the guy hit the officer 😂😂😂
I Love This Show
I love the music in this show. Especially when breaking and returning from commercial!
4:52 “oh no oh no” perfect example that they never should have been dubbed audio with this show. Almost every siren and commentary is dubbed. Horribly I might add.
31:58 that cop sounds like a cool guy
