The footage of the riots in Moscow is probably from the Constitutional Crisis in 1993. In a nutshell, the crisis was the boiling point of increasingly bad relations between President Boris Yeltsin and Russian parliament. Insanely, it saw pro-communist and pro-monarchy groups on the same side against Yeltsin! It also saw the Russian Army being used to beat Yeltsin's opposers. He had tanks fire on Russian parliament, which forced their surrender. Some outside observers even feared that the country might be on the brink of civil war. I'd suggest people who're interested look into it. Definitely documentaries and books out there that explain it better than a RUclips user's comment.
Anyone who was alive during the mid '90s knows that tank clip very well, it was replayed dozens of times all over TV when it happened and Fox used it pretty much every excuse they could get for the entire year. It's a prime example of a viral video long before the Internet was in a position to made viral videos a common thing.
It always amazes me how many people die in accidental car collisions…..but the people involved in criminal chases somehow manage to escape from horrific crashes?
It also depends on a lot of things. Were you expecting the crash, like teme to react ect, was the victim old or medically challenged? I've seen some of the most unfit unhealthy people survive crashes that the fittest people die in. One of my best mates was being driven home by a junkie rat and she crashed the car and killed him. She was litterally unscathed. Not a scratch. He was pinned and burned Alive. The other occupant of the car was in a wheelchair for ages, it's all random luck (or unluck) I suppose

My dad is a truck driver and I just want to say that everything said about trucks in this episode is the absolute truth. I've been to work with him so I see the road through his eyes and other cars on the sides just look like ants in comparison...do not try anything stupid around trucks
Old cars sure can take a beating 😂 not like today’s tinfoil… being a teen in the 90’s was a blast ngl . No social media, cell phones etc . We flew by the seat of our pants 😂
I have a 48 Dodge sedan I got as a teaching tool years ago for me to learn repairs on. on my 3rd test drive after getting the transmission working, some shit for brains ran a traffic light and hit me in the rear fender, sent me spinning around and the car rolled backwards through a store wall and into the store. his airbags went off and he was in hospital with a broken leg. i was all fine and i drove my car back home with just a big dent in the fender and bumpers, and some more scratches in the already rusted paint. the steel is very thick. mad respect for the panel beaters who repaired these cars in the old days, you had to have arms like hulk hogan to swing that hammer.
I remember watching this show people have always been crazy and always will be. Aint nothing changed except the date and people, there's always going to be criminals unfortunately. Nothing people do shocks or surprises me especially the crimes and criminal behavior people committ . some think its getting worse but thats not true its just because we have access 24/7 available through our smart phones and the internet not just from ones local area but from all over the world. Blessed be to all
Crossing accidents still baffle me. How can people miss something as big as a house and loud enough to rattle windows with their horns and engines. Also 34:25 Cop: What is your problem bud? Drunk: I need a beer LOL
Indeed. There's also the (incorrect) assumption many drivers have that something as massive as a train will move slower than their car as well as the notion that a train can stop as quickly as a motor vehicle.
4:23 NOT necessarily.... In the state I live in, the parents are NOT fully responsible for their childrens vandalism bill. Back in the late 90's, the very ONE night that I left my drag car out in my driveway, and not in the trailer or the shop, two young vandals came by and lit it on fire, and it burned to the ground. The nitrous bottle and fuel cell in the trunk exploded and the car was a total blaze. 🔥 The fire was SO hot that it torched a huge hole in the 1/8"thick steel firewall that seperated the trunk compartment from the interior of the car, and the factory lead where the roof meets the quarter panels melted out and was in a puddle in the driveway. The fire also melted all the siding on the front of my house. The car itself was a total loss, but the engine was ok, but sooty and black. The transmission, third member, and so on was a complete loss. Days later, the 2 kids eventually burned a field full of dry grass in the neighborhood, and then threw a propane tank from a grill into a dumpster full of paper and cardboard and then lit that up also. The dumpster fire was HUGE onve the propane tank blew up, and it caught the row of apartment garages on fire thatbit was next to also. The kids were caught for the dumpster, taken into custody, and then ultimately admitted to burning the field AND my car also. The 2 kids were 9 and 10 years old and lived with their grandparents because both of their parents were complete junkies. The parents still had primary custody of the kids. I WAS going to sue the parents AND the grandparents for my loss of the car, and the damage to my house, BUT I had found out through an attorney that I could ONLY hold the parents responsible for $2000 of the total damage, I wouldn't be able to sue the grandparents for one cent, and then I would have had to wait until the 2 kids turned 18 and then take them to court AGAIN to try and recoup the rest of my losses. Well, I KNEW that the parents didn't even have a pot to piss in, and that I wouldn't have gotten ANYTHING except a bilk from my lawyer, so I never even took it to court. I figured that those 2 kids would end up in prison by the time they turned 18, so I never pursued that either. I lost tens of thousands of dollars because of those 2 punks. I HOPE that karma has done it's job, and caught up with those 2 kids later on in life. Oh yea, the grandparents sold their house, and moved out of the neighborhood VERY shortly after the fires, and i never saw them or the 2 punk kids again after that. I wouldn't doubt that they left the state. I probably would have if it was me in their position...
And Defense Attorneys in Russia, are severely limited to the malarkey that they can get away with, unlike American Courts. The Prosecutors and Judges there . . . ALWAYS have the upper hand. Social pressure groups, such as they have in America, simply do not exist. The Government will smash them to pieces.
The guy, Shawn Nelson, was once a mechanic in the US Army. The motor pool's security was a bit lacking, too. He snuck in and used a wrench to pry open a hatch on one. Tanks don't need keys and have relatively simple driving controls, so he hit the start button and off he went.
The tank situation is completely avoidable by properly caring for veterans, ptsd is affecting a lot of vets, they put there lives in danger for you and your country,, but you can't look after them afterwards?!
Hell yeah, first episode is SA,TX. I wonder what year this was but there's only one thing I noticed, it's always been them mijos with the Edgar haircut that's been causing trouble ever since. It's about time to outlaw that cursed haircut 💇♂️
In defense for the guy who stole a tank, the commentator says "he's doing this on purpose" Well, if I was dumb enough to steal a tank, knowing there is no good outcome in the end, i would be driving over cars, trucks and everything else too. I mean, it is a tank.

23:50 shows the officer pull his gun on an unarmed suspect them aim it at the passenger who wasnt having any of that stupid shit and returned the favor. cops being power hungry fucked up
You go roll up on some drug dealers in your neighborhood. See how many of them pull guns on you the second they see you. You know why? They do not know who you are and what you have on you and if you are going to kill them. Now you go be a cop and chase criminals and see what happens next. You will be the first one dead because you are too stupid to think defensively and decisively.
You're a special kind of stupid aren't you? The suspect wouldn't allow themselves to be searched and was attempting to get back into the vehicle. At that point, the officer had every right to draw their weapon not knowing if the driver was getting a weapon or not. Then they aimed it at the passenger who started to shoot at them first. Hell, when the driver started to pull away with the officer trying to get them out, the officer had every right to shoot the driver. Just because you don't have a gun or a melee weapon doesn't mean you are "unarmed". A vehicle can be used to hurt or kill someone just as easily as a gun can.
I remember watching most of these on tv back in the day.
