Nice video. In reviewing the places you've been this year, I believe you left out Barcelona. Couldn't forget the beautiful Sagrada Familia. So glad you were able to show that.
Look at that stretch of the sidewalk between Church and Bloor on either side of Bloor. Not a single bench, NOT ONE (!!!!!!!!!!!) where you could sit down, drink coffee and watch life go by. About then years ago when they were redoing the sidewalk and putting planters there (I worked there in a nearby building), I thought they would put some bench seats there. But no!!! NOT ONE SEAT!!! That's what wrong with Toronto and North American cities, unlike European cities. In any European city, there would be 20-30 beach seats in that stretch just on the south side of Bloor, nevermind the north side. The place really does suck! Then you had the Hudson Bay store on the north side. Ghastly building, Berlin Wall was friendlier than that building on the sidewalk level Happy New Year Johnny, and thanks for the video/memories.

LOL at Toronto pedestrians and drivers. Very much typical Toronto. And it's all because of lack of enforcement. I've seen cars sail through red lights and Stop signs all the time, never mind never signal lane changes, in Toronto, and I've never seen a cop pull them over even if they're standing right next to them. Got a jaywalking ticket once in Montreal, haha! Not surpised so many people, particulalry bicycle riders, get creamed in Toronto. It's a free-for-all, Wild West on Toronto streets. Yeah, I worked in Toronto for something like 47 years.
