Tommy Stinson, the teenage bassist, kept hitting on me, but I wasn’t interested in that sort of thing, even with a 17 year old as cute as he was. It was a brilliant night, though. Great group of guys, and one of the best bands ever.

Man, this brings me right back to freshman year. I must have listened to this record and "Tim" a couple hundred times apiece - found both of the tapes in a box in my dad's basement the summer before I left for Vancouver. Took 'em with me when I went, and the rest is history.
