Why not have both? 😉 I recently bought the GWG-1000, and it's been absolutely fantastic to wear and use on a regular basis. I have been interested in picking up a solar + atomic digital G-Shock, and whilst this doesn't have Multi-band 6, it does have GPS/Bluetooth for accurate timekeeping. The Frogman got discontinued, the GW-9400 has lug issues and the new Mudman has appalling legibility. Aside from the squares, there isn't anything available to the UK market which suits my exact requirements, but the GBD-H2000 is very interesting.
2:40 the h2000 has GPS cordinates to find yourself in a map, altimeter and compass (GPS assisted compass mind you) i would say it has everything you need to navigate granted you have some paper maps with coordinates Also no 6 Band but the h2000 can get the time (and coordinates)from the sattelites or your phone
Interesting but those coordinated probably in long and lat not grid reference. It's not ideal but tbf it's a sports watch not tracker. I misunderstood at time of purchase and others might too.
@@wildaboutwatches i dont understand. you cant find your location on a map with longitude and latitude ? Why does a sport watch need a compass , barometer and altimeter if not because it may also be used as an exploration watch ? I don't see ANYHTING the 9400 has that this watch does not have plus the GPS cordinates that honestly if i was in the woods that would make me feel better knowing in case i need to call someone to rescue me or just find my location on a map. Sports watch or not the fact is that its long battery and exceptional navigational skills pushes it past the average sport watch,.
@ROrneli can you tell me where the coordinates are in the watch as tbh I don't think I found them? Most watches I keep but this one I returned. If you have seen a video by someone which shows where the coordinates are link it here plus tell me where it is for easy finding. You're generally misunderstanding me. Finding exact location on a map with long lat isn't easy as most maps in uk use national grid not long lat. Maybe that ok on phone etc or large scale map to find the km you're in? Yes compass and altimeter help navigation but my meaning I state again was it won't navigate you somewhere or do a breadcrumb route to view after or follow back like a garmin fenix for example? It's me just never know which channel I'm replying via :)
You say the H2000 has no navigation function right after you say it has a compass?? That makes no sense to me. does it have a functioning compass or not? If it does it has the same navigation ability as the mud master.
@@wildaboutwatches you can get the gps coordinates and use a paper map though to findyourself , that counts as navigation to me and makes it superior to the GWG2000
I sold mine gwg 1000 that I liked very much, then I bought gdb h2000 and after one week I actually forget the mudmaster
And I am not, I only bought from Ali the smart watch with all health care 28$ and I really happy with GWG 2000!!! All together, the same time
Two very different watches as you said. Getting both is the answer 😅.
Feature wise gbd-h2000 kills the mudmaster
Im just so happy with the gwg2000 the same color up there.. i also like the gbdh2000 but.. i chose the gwg2000
Thank you Tony
It was enjoyable to watch your watches 😉
My pleasure!
thanks for the comparison. helpful video. well done.
I prefer the mudmaster gwg2000 but if you like to do exercises, than gbdh2000 is better for you. Greetings from Brazil!!!
Thank you 😊 this video International viewership :)
Not at all

Greetings from Mexico
Nice video.
Thank you 😊
I get both 😊
It’s not that easy😊

Ok yes it has a compass as we see my meaning was no GPS navigation

@ROrneli nope pretty sure not.
It's me just different channel :)
I think I did a video on it vs Rangeman too and I think it's better than Rangeman.
