The supreme quality of musicianship as displayed by Bill ,and the other members of his band ,and Snarky Puppy, leaves me lost for words. So so good an aural treat! And what a delight to watch these guys perform. It doesn't get any better truly Masters of their art!
I usually dread base solos (every concert has long boring ones), but this one by League is one of the best I've heard. I've replayed iit several times to make sure I catch all the nuances.
On 2:07 those violins in remarkable moment and all over the track just awesome ! Awesome sound on my Beats Solo headphone here on RUclips ! I will shiver with the CD/DVD sound !
Yes very epic effect of shrill from the strings. Not to mention the doubling of the main theme on the French Horn, super subtle things but add to the over all vibe of the song. Wish I had been there.
Could anybody clarify for me the effects Michael is using here? His bass has a killer sound (of course his playing has something to do with that in it's own right).
Fernando Martinez Torres hahaha i get ya but if that was what they wanted they could have easily done so with no qualms, they don't want to be "jazzy" they wish to express music, totally different 😊
the best part - Michael's solo. Amazing.
I had forgotten how good Mike's solo was on this, a complete masterclass.
That look on Bill's face watching Michael absolutely tear that solo up is amazing.
Sput and Larnell Lewis have to be my favorite drummers of all time...
ditto!!
I'm addicted to this.
Epic tune! Mike League is a wizard

The arrangement comes together very nicely in a live setting.
That 3:08 Bridge part is so beautiful and wanted to see it again today 💯🙏🏼✌🏼 The key solo = Red Sand

Say it again "what a stunning beauty" !
It seems as if Bill Laurance was overwhelmed with Michael League's solo, and he thought : I can't top that shit .. I'll just fuck around tonight!

I gotta say, I know they want to be jazzy and all, but a I VI III VII progression would have been great
