    I'm Australian, thanks for not forgetting me ! I am planning a trip to Russia in July with 4 of my friends, I can wait for such. It is a beautiful country with so much culture and wonderful people. We are visiting Russia instead of Europe . Europe has become so expensive, and the crime in Europe is out of control. The last time I was in Europe, I was robbed twice. So looking forward to visiting the night cities in Russia. Thanks for the video. You're an excellent ambassador for a wonderful country

      wow, thanks for such a nice comment! You'll enjoy Russia in summer a lot. And be assured that it's very safe. Compared to where I was and lived in the US, Europe, Southeast Asia, in Russia it feels much safer and more calm overall. You still need to be alert just like everywhere, but there's no craziness like everywhere else these days.

    As a foreigner ,how to pay in Russia? If cards do not work. I don't want to be going around with a lot of cash. Also I don't think airlines allow me to fly with a lot of cash in the first place . I want to visit Siberia, is there any webpage in English for tourist?

    • @newsunderfoot
      @newsunderfoot 6 месяцев назад +8

      I understand your concern. I'm giving you an algorithm of actions. I think for a short trip to Russia, less than $ 10,000 is quite enough for a tourist, which does not even need to be declared. You can take a large sum with you, but it should be indicated in the declaration and be ready to explain its need in the host country. When you come to Russia, you go to any bank, where they open an account for you in 30 minutes and issue you a debit card of the MIR payment system. There are also banks in Russia that will deliver a debit card to you by courier. You will enter your personal data in the banking application for your smartphone, and the required amount of cash through an ATM.
      P.S. Yes, Russia has such a well-developed and operational banking service!

      that's right. If you don't want to carry lots of cash on you, transfer your dollars with crypto into rubles using p2p on a crypto exchange available to you.
      I don't think there's any website on entire Siberia because Siberia is huge and is comprised of dozens of regions. You can try googling what you'd want to see and where you'd want to go the most and from there develop an itinerary. You can find my email in the description, send me a note if you want me to help with that.

    It's also remarkably easy to get yourself poisoned in Russia, but it doesn't mean I want to rush out and do it.

    • @r.w.emersonii3501
      @r.w.emersonii3501 6 месяцев назад +4

      Most of the tap water in the U.S. is laced with sodium fluoride, and much of the food contains GMOs grown with glyphosate (weed killer). So you don't have to go all the way to Russia to get poisoned. I know of no one who got poisoned in Russia. I have heard of two or three Russians who got poisoned in Britain, so if I were Russian, I would not be in a rush to visit "Perfidious Albion".
