- INGREDIENTS FOR THIS RECIPE
लच्छा पराठा
मैदा - १ कप
आटा - २ चम्मच
नमक - १/४ छोटा चम्मच
देशी घी - १ चम्मच + पकाने अनुसार
कलोंजी - १/४ छोटा चम्मच (हर परांठे पर)

Lachha Paratha
All purpose flour - 1 cup
Wheat flour - 2 table spoon
Salt - ¼ tsp
Desi Ghee - 1 table spoon + to cook
Nigella seeds - ¼ tsp (per Paratha)
Aapki bhasha b samj mein aa gai. Bhut achha. Kaash aesa hota k aap plate mein daalte Aur meri plate mein aa jaata
Common guys she put desi ghee if it's in restaurants how we love n eat .. this is how it's made or else without ghee we might as well eat normal chapati like every day. This is occasional guys.. appreciate her .. love n respect from karnataka aunty

In restaurants, even the ordinary laccha parathas are expensive. If they make it with Desi ghee then the they would charge atleast 500-600 rupees a kilo. Each Paratha weighs around 500-600gms. So it's better to buy best quality ingredients and enjoy it with whole family.

Amazing recipe. Mouth watering. But definitely difficult to make.
I see a lot of people taking about the amount of ghee used while themselves devouring samosas, deep fried puris, pizzas, fried chicken, french fries and what not.. the irony 🙄
Guys it's just one paratha. Give her a break.
And do take a little bit of ghee in your diet once in a while. It's good for you. Just keep track of the amount

Enjoy plenty of ghee once in a while say a month. It won't make you overweight if you take healthy low fat diet on daily basis.
