@melissaholloway9600 thank you. I really appreciate that. I see a lot of people said I did all the steps incorrectly, I took that I into consideration the next few times I tried it. For buttercream, I just felt it didn't live up to expectations. But that's just my experience. I'm fully aware that many others have had great success with it. Ya lo compre y si es beneficioso ayuda bastante Yo solo lo utilizo con ganache aunque si sale mucho más caro. Por el chocolate. Para mi es mucho más seguro. Tanto x calor como x humedad
Perdona, pero la fe es la que hace todo realidad, yo no se usarlo pero lo voy a comprar y voy a prasticar porque ya soy pasteler certificada, y antes no savia ni como hacer un bizcocho, pero lo intente y lo hice...gracias a Dios...

@@butterNbutter I have used buttercream but I melt a little of it first and mix it with the rest for a softer more liquid texture but I’ve found that ganache works best and gives the cleanest results
I tried it once and my mistake was not heating it up enough and not pushing the frosting bag down to the bottom. I just had to correct the missing spot and smooth out the line from the form.
Antes de rellenar tienes k poner el cortador y el plástico de frost formya Hay un video como rellenar YA con todo puesto recien empiezas a colocar cada queque y poner rellenos. Así te keda perfecto alineamiento
Claro k cuesta al comoenzo pero kien no arriesga no gana. No teato de practicar primero xk la verdad se gasta material. Y yo lo uso solo para mi familia. No hago negocio .hay k poner badrante dedicacion. K si.
