I mean more aspects of me than physical things, though those come into it. My beloved mum just passed on the 29th December and she carried a lot of victimhood stuff that created such needless misery for her at times, Im 64 I want to make the years left sunshine with very occasional showers and the odd thunder storm,

Would be cool to see you do something (even if not a podcast) that is not as “family friendly” in terms of swearing and talking about deeper topics (your past with alcohol, negative experiences with being famous, etc.) it could really help people if you get deep into the topics. me too on BMI and my blood sugar down. Hence..i changed to Stevia for my coffee sweetener as most has chemicals that our body converts to sugar..we store as fat. Also most creamer and HnH has too much stuff that converts to sugar. We will do it

Just avoiding sugary snacks and cutting back on white flour, i lost 20 pounds last year! The health benefits are amazing!
