Huge **good** coffee fan here, be it espresso or percolated or whatever else, so I need to try his spot out, next time I’m in Porto!
He’s absolutely right re: the common type of espresso over here: For some reason, people prefer to drink diluted ash over *actual* coffee! 😖

Paulo, you let us know when you're in town and we'll go to Von & Vonnie to get your first cup there! Thanks for listening. :-) - Josh & Kalie

Hi, Samantha. We find international schools in Portugal to be less than many other international schools around the world, which could be why international school teachers on average get paid less than other places in Europe and Asia. - Josh & Kalie

i find Pau better, and still close to Toulouse. it has a bigger french rural feel and the Pyrenees are awesome. lived there for 2,5 years.
normally it's melanges of robusta and arabica, from brasil e angola. each person has it's personal preference. these melanges lower cost and have more market.
    nice chat
