  • The K2 Excavator Snowboard Review
    The appropriately named Excavator snowboard digs deep into the hardpack and blasts through powder. Catered towards advanced boarders the Excavator board lets you make the most of the mountain, performing on a wide range of terrain.
    You can rely on the Excavator to provide lots of pop, response and power thanks to the addition of Bambooyah Pro Core and Carbon Power Forks in the tail. Combo profile gives you performance on a vast range of terrain, giving you the freedom to explore the whole mountain.

    How would it compare to the previous gen K2 Simple Pleasure? does it still have that surfy feeling to it or is it more a traditional freeride board?

      @bukchoiii 2 года назад +1

      More traditional. You can charge the f out of it and it's stable.

    How does this compare to the Solomon Dancehaul. I’m loving my dancehaul, but it just lacks power in steeper terrain. I’m looking for a dancehaul feel with a stiffer flex. Does this fit the bill?

    I have one. it's fantastic.

      How is the edge hold on hard pack and icy stuff?

      @@WAco-se9wf incredibly well. Works equally well on soft stuff, too. Its got the perfect stiffness and flex for carving hard, and the volume shifted size makes it super easy to handle

    It looks like its stiffer than a 4x2

      there's dozens of volume shifted boards lmao, dancehaul wasn't the first..

      If that's the case the Salomon dance haul is a rip off of the Jones hovercraft. The hovercraft is a rip off of the original Japanese board gentemstick mantaray with this flex and design excluding the wider profile.
