To play the anti-Devil's advocate: Dogs are just BARELY omnivores, they can eat plants but they also do need a specific amount of meat in their diet in order to get the nutrients necessary that eating only plants (and potential supplements) can't provide. There are clips of her dog eating grass claiming it's because he likes it, and while it is somewhat true that they eat grass for their fibre, dogs also often eat grass because there's something in their stomach that is causing them discomfort or pain, so they purposefully eat grass in order to upset their stomach and throw up the stomach's contents and get the painful thing out of them. Dogs eating grass is also a sign that they lack nutrition in their diet, so it's pretty clear that her dog's vegan diet is (or was) most likely upsetting his stomach and caused actual pain.
Edited some spelling errors, but just to add: unlike humans, dogs can't "tell" you what's wrong with them and because of their nature they will mask any potential injury/discomfort/pain in order to fit in with their "pack", so her posting videos of her dog playing or wagging its tail can't be called concrete proof that he's not in pain. If she wants to prove her dog is okay, she'd get in contact with an unbiased, licensed vet and make the dog's medical test results public.
Despite all this, in my opinion: it's just not worth putting your dog on a vegan diet, even if they theoretically can survive on one. Human vegans can choose their diet voluntarily; dogs can't. And since consent is a core arguement of veganism, please respect your pets needs and give them the best life possible.
Its like humans being omnivorous. Sure, you can eat only plants or meat, but each situation comes with its own set of health problems.

Most meat eaters also eat plants/grains etc. So they wouldn't have to worry about getting all their nutrients in the same hypothetical way an exclusive meat-only eater would. I hope that makes sense. I was vegan for a time during highschool yet I had to stop and return to a omnivore kind of diet due to EDs (anorexia particularly since my diet was so restricted, it finally affected my whole psyche around food in general), and also just for health sakes (i was lacking in so many areas) and, one day, I remember it so well, I just raided the fridge and ate multiple saussages, with my hands, like a pure savage because I was so undernourished and lacking in the protein and vitamin areas.

So yeah : conclusion, do whatever the f*ck you want to do as long as it's not endangering your health and the health of those around you (pets included. please, your dog didn't chose to be vegan, get this poor beast meat, he needs some to be well).

I think that the main issue with That Vegan Teacher is something that’s always been a problem with people. You can’t change people’s opinions and views by calling people stupid and using extremist views like “You’re going to hell if you eat meat”. If you’re an extremist, you can’t change the world. It’s just not possible. It’s not the way of people to change with insults. The only way to get people to change is by explaining your point and letting people choose. Otherwise, people’ll just distance themselves from your insane views.
