I'm still lying to myself that I'll get tickets for any of the upcoming concerts on the east coast. If I do, I'm hoping to get a better spot to watch ii this time. He has very quickly become my favorite part of ST over the years.
The whole band is phenomenal, but II is something else, the man is fire. I would recommend checking his interview with Drumeo (he plays some playthroughs, like that is one of them). The interview is 53 min of pure joy
Couldn’t agree more that watching the Drumeo Offering is a brilliant work of art! A MUST watch in my opinion! Would love to see a reaction to the entire video!
I can not wait until you watch the Drumeo episode with II I think it's gonna answer a lot of questions about styles and how and where he does specific things.
Drummer here, the electronic drum beat at the very beginning of the song is the exact same beat used in the break in the middle of the song when the guitar comes in and vessel starts singing “do you like that” and I love that so much!!
I have a new appreciation for this song since seeing it played live. It wasn't my fave before, but it gets more impressive every time I hear it now. Love when their music hits a different way, even years later
One of my favorites. Really shows how much pop appeal they can have without it being lame. The opening vocals remind me of that Katy Perry track with Juicy J, or something. After listening to all their stuff a bunch, sometimes I step back and go, “Wow, this guy really knows what he’s doing.” Idk what it is, but this is the feeling I get from listening to them. Just a feeling of knowing exactly what they are going for because they do it so well it is obvious to those who listen to the genres\ musicians he is pulling from. For lack of a better word, it’s extremely neat to hear it unfold when listening. I like your channel because you try to describe both the music and production for the track, which I think is overlooked sometimes. A lot of their sound comes from careful arranging and sound design, so it’s cool to see someone mention this.
The fact that II performs all these digital effects in real time live on a pad is unprecedented. It's incredible to behold. Worship.

The more I listen to this band I'm starting to feel the drummer is the star of the show. And that's saying something cos the rest is amazing too
dude, II is amazing lol. i obsess over good drummers and he's easily in my top 3. the man's an entity
II is the co-founder / creator with Vessel, so that makes sense
You HAVE to listen to Descending by Sleep Token!!! It literally sounds like you are floating down to the bottom of the ocean. It’s amazing!!!
I apologize tribe, but I had to delete the previous posted video of this because it was glitching.
II says this is his favorite drum line and i totally understand why i friggin love this song

That base reminds me of “Angel” by Massive Attack
I was thinking queens of the stone age
Yeah!!!!
@@TheOneLTReacts it's just got that qotsa vibe
If you watch his offerings, II doesn’t look like he’s trying hard at all 😅😂
I totally hear the early Korn influence here. I said the same thing right before you did. Love these videos.
Watch the Drumeo offering from 2. He plays this song on it and he’s amazing!!
Yes, we like that!

There are plenty of drummers who you may think they are the best. However there is only one drummer who makes you to take the sticks.
pleeease react to the band Polyphia
