Lyrics
I hear you’re dynamite but what the hell do I know? I’m just repeating what somebody said to me I’ve got my eye on you I don’t know why I do I might be trying to see why they are saying that I’ve had enough of all of the tough love I’d like to get back to the normal that I knew If what you’re saying here is stay away from there Than that’s not something that I’m going to do As we calmly start to panic All the mayhem makes me manic
Don’t tell me that there’s a downside cant you see it’s going worldwide and I don’t believe in anything baby I don’t believe it I don’t believe it don’t tell me what your rules are usually that won’t get you to far and you know you can too can’t believe it what I believe is I don’t believe in anything
I hear you’re dynamite so you’re a deadly weapon I’m trying to figure out how I came up with you You tend to talk down the fucking lockdown Drag out and knock down Who are you talking to? We are slowly going faster Headlong into a disaster
You better best believe it That I believe in lies that skirt the issues while avoiding all the facts Don’t you dare tell me dear There’s nothing to see here Now I lay me down to sleep but I will not relax I’ll lay down but I will not relax

They might be done, but they’ll always be legends.
Best is the best The boss tones are
Some day I suppose they will return soon 🙂 some day suppose
They’ll be back! Let em simmer down
The BOSSTONES aren't back! They never left.
2000, 2002, 2007, 2009, 2011, 2018, 2021...
Correct.
Fo sure.
And continue to slay...
Goes further back than 2000.
1990
Way back for sure. I think Dickey and Nate were in a Harcore band before that too.
#747
Watching the younger version of themselves on that screen just hits so hard
Agreed.
Didn't plan on crying before work. Fuck it.
Even worse now 💔
What a great throwback to the glory days of MTV when videos were fun and told an actual story.
Exactly!
What Jeff said x2!
This aged well...
Remember Skatardays where they played ska and punk all day:)
I don't believe in anything but I do believe in The Mighty Mighty Bosstones
I will never forget you Mighty Mighty Boss Tones
Hard to believe it was 30 years ago that I first heard “Where Did You Go”!!! So much soul in their music, haters will always hate but for those of us that truly appreciate their music, this band has followed us from adolescence to adulthood. Can’t wait to see you live again!!!
I'll miss this band so much
the impression that I get scene almost brought me into tears
Lol, thought I was just being too nostalgic. Glad I wasn’t the only one.
This awesome band originally formed in 1983 - the year I graduated high school! Can’t believe it’s been 38 years!! And the Bosstones have stayed true to their roots and didn’t sell out. Plus, having one band member whose sole purpose is just to dance makes me respect them that much more!!
82 u sista katt
hes their manager, real dancing manager...its how its otta be...
Wow the band was born the year I was! Loved their sound as long as I can remember literally. I personally hope they get back together...
Yes! The hype man!
Fuckin hell we made it a lot longer than we expected. Nice to see you folks did too. Thanks for staying you. ♪
what I love about this band is that they make everything sound happy. It's reminiscent of the 90s and I swear I needed that.
God; SKA feels stronger than ever.
In a post apocalyptic world, bands of remaining humans will get together to watching the impression that I get
After the apocalypse ska will be in revival
We millennial outcasts love this stuff, and we keep it in vinyl, so yes.
Six String Samurai vibes.
And Mighty they remain. God bless.
That's my kind of apocalypse.
The BOSS !
I remember reading an interview like 25 years ago with Tim Armstrong. They asked him if he had any regrets. He said he was supposed to record a song with Dickie and he got too fucked up or something, overslept and missed it. One day, one day who knows? Someday, someday I suppose.
Cash Culture and Violence by Rancid has Dicky doing guest vocals.
What goes.around comes around. Guess who produced it?
Tim! Haha
No scooter riders were harmed in the making of this video but 2 of them are in a bitchin band called The Step Daughters out of Southern California.
Don't let the positivity of yesterday fade into the past so that we end up needing to go great distances to catch just a glimpse of those beautiful, beautiful days. The looks on the faces of those scooter boys said it all. Those faces are the same age(ish) as me now (45), and, thankfully, I can still remember how 1997 felt. I was lucky enough to play in a ska band at that time and surf in the wake of success that was initiated by The Mighty Mighty Bosstones.
Hearing/seeing this brought tears to my eyes.
One of the scooter boys here but I just turned 54 over the weekend. Still play in a ska band. I just work a day job so I can keep riding and playing.
@@ericvedder9 love it! I just became a grandma. We're way cooler than I remember my grandparents being, right??!?!
Big ass sh*t eating grin on my face to hear a new track and see a new video from The MMB. Interesting as usual and open to interpretation. F*cking love it. Hat's off to yeh, Dicky, lookin' dappah.
BEAUTIFUL. This song is mixed phenomenally. Can't wait for the rest of the record. The Bosstones are BACK BABY!
Unfortunately Dicky Barret produced an did a anti Vax song for JFK jr and his wife spread misinformation which caused them to break up at least that's what it says on there page
They broke up because of this song 😭
@@bostonmeadhorn4897 Really this is what i got is it correct What we know is that the Bosstones called it quits - “After decades of brotherhood, touring the world and making great records together we have decided not to continue on as a band” - soon after it was revealed that Barrett produced a song used in a video promoting an anti-vaccination rally in Washington on Jan

I love how a Boston ska-punk band goes out to the Salton Sea, one of the most remote and weird areas in the country, to do a music video. The Bosstones follow the road less traveled! I know it's quite the journey from Los Angeles to get out there and I appreciate your artistic integrity, as always!
I thought the same thing myself! They were not there when we filmed the scooter scenes so I figured it would just be us on scooters there in the video but clearly Dicky went there on another day and filmed his scenes. Great experience!
they were in LA for the Jimmy Kimmel Show when the pandemic started and were forced to quarantine in motorhomes out in the Antelope Valley desert and look for UFOs.
Throw Rag did a few videos out there. I miss that band.
@@mannythejew We were at the Bombay Beach Inn when we were filming this video and I said that it would have been a perfect bar for them to play. Where did Throw Rag play out there?
@@ericvedder9 I'm not sure. I've never been to Salton Sea, but I recognized it in their video.
This is just what the world needs right now!!!
Can’t wait to go to one of their concerts and scream....Mighty Mighty....BOSSTONES!!!!
Fuck yeah fuck yeah!
I want to see them
:(
I listened to this song 5 times in a row, the bosstones rule. also, bleed green!
For those UNABLE to HEAR this MASTERPIECE, STAND NEXT to The SPEAKERS! ! !
Perfect, perfect, perfect. Thanks for ALL THESE GREAT SONGS all these years!!! A really great, great band!
It’s like all the forces aligned; band, producer, label all in the same headspace. Much success with the album, oh, and thanx for enriching our lives!!!

Um abraço de Santa Catarina - Brasil 👊🏻🔥🇧🇴🇧🇷
Absolutely
Gracias a todos, son lo más.
Y aguante Cochabamba - Bolivia.
Anyone?
WHAT??????????
Bosstones age like a fine wine.. their last 3 records have been incredible
That guitar riff at the beginning that repeats a few times will live in my head forever.
Bravo! I believe in me.
thank you so much for your songs guys! I grew up listening to your music, no matter the weather or mood, you made the day better! It's been over 20 years since I first heard the Mighty Mighty Bosstones, and since then you've always been there! I hope we will hear from you again! with love from Moscow! low bow!
Mighty-Mighty bosstones is my favourite band keep on skankin' and crankin' all over the world mates...
Saw them in Austin in 2018 it had been 20 yrs since I had seen them play yet it was so cool to see parents take their kids to see them. They had not lost a step and were tight a band as ever. So glad they are still around. Can't wait to get the pandemic under control and able to see them in the future.
Wow, Dicky's singing has gotten way more coherent over the decades. I could barely make out his words in "Someday, I Suppose", haha.
Bands should take notice in how the Bosstones stay true to themselves while still evolving the music🤘🏻
except they haven't evolved at all. this song coulda been off their 2007 release. that's why i love them. because they are still the same band i've always known and loved.
@@jonathanjones7058 It doesn't have to be linear. Their last album definitely was far from anything they did before. They're definitely not heavy skacore anymire either. So, not evolved? We can calculate that that statement is a whole lot of "nope" 🤷♀️😅✌🏻💜
No band is the exact same as they were when they first formed. Every band evolves as time passes, the great ones stay true to their original sound while exploring different musical paths. Haters will say MMB sold out with Let’s Face It, they just expressed the times in their own way. Exactly what they’re doing now, same sound, same passion, same talent...30+ years after they launched!!! Huge Props!!!
WELCOME BACK DICKEY AND THE BOSSTONES! WE’VE MISSED YOU GUYS!! CANT WAIT FOR THINGS TO GET BACK TO NORMAL & ENJOY SOME OLD SKOOL SKA!!
welcome back? they never left! 2000, 2002, 2007, 2009, 2011, 2018, 2021...
Vans Tour 2002 New York. I will never ever forget your party concert.
Never give up boys! Respect from Switzerland. 👍👏🙏
Man I’m glad you guys are still making music. Been rocking your jams since the 90’s, and it all came full circle when my son got to come up on stage and bounce around with the band a couple years ago. Can’t wait to see you guys again.
This song is an embarrassment!!!! Wtf are you talking about!?! What a piece of shit virtue signaling shit show! These lyrics are hilarious 😂😂😂😂😂
I love these guys. Best band in the world.
I really, really wish I could be part of a Vespa gang
I love the song and this video! Vespas are a great touch.
I just heard some sad news in January of this year the Bosstones announced that they won't be continuing as a band which is a shame but I will always love their music.
brilliant lyrics!!!!!!!!!!!!
Everytime something from them pops up it reminds me how much I like this band
Love it
Always GREAT!!!!
Love it!
Brilliant.
This got stuck in my head before the first chorus. MIGHTY MIGHTY!!!
Everything about this is epic.
Hell YES!!!!!!!!!!!!! Love the Bosstones!!!!!!!!!!
Love it. Great song!
Love it boys!!
Great song and great video!
That's awesome!!!!
Yes!! I love it.
Love this band and love this video. ❤️
Thanks for coming back to us MMB! we needed this in 2021. please tour soon and not just on the east and west coast.
So in love with them....
Love it! Love the postman vibe! Love the ode to the past! Great video!
the bosstones!! forever in my heart
Hometown Throwdown a few years back is still one of my favorite shows I've been to.
The song was already great, but the video accompanies it perfectly! Love you guys, I hope I get the chance to see you live again someday!
UNA CHIMBA!!!!! BUENA CANCIÓN!!!!!

I miss you guys. So much. Dicky, come back. It's not too late.

We ALL needed this! Thanks fellas!
Love u
Love the new album. Thanks guys
🔥🔥🔥
“I don’t believe in anything” The song which captures the mood of 2021 though feels more like Rancid than Mighty Mighty Bosstones, Mighty Mighty Rancid maybe.
Yeeeeeeaaaahhhhh!!! Muito bom!
Good stuff!
Banda e clipe maravilhosos!
Yes. Yes. YES!
Excelente. Very good video.
una joyita hacía tiempo que viejo recuerdos
Holy shit! This was so good!
The people who disliked this never liked any good music
Not once!
Those are the people that believe in anything.
For every upvote I can name 2 different songs that are better than this song. It is what it is, you're allowed to like a band and think they made a crap song or crap album. Stop spit shining poles and enjoy the song.
Everyone hates ska punk. Exept the legends that don't
So their early stuff wasn't any good?
Back to the BossToneS Roots, This One Sounds Great.
"Legends" 👏👏👏🇲🇰🇲🇰🇲🇰
