    My dad used to go see touge drifts in osaka in the 90's. He talked about how exilirating it was seeing many cars drift infront of him at high speeds. I'm very jealous and would love to go see some touge drift scenes.

      The PS13 is a car in its own class. The timeless, yet very vapid design makes it a favorite of mine. The PS13 is a piece of art; humble, yet very good looks combined with a modern powertrain, good brakes, superb suspension geometry and rather comfortable and spacious interior for its class is all i'm asking for in a sports car and they managed to publish it already 32 years ago. It's no surprise that the PS13 was sold with a market campaign called "Artforce Silvia". Such is the magic of this very car.
      I was in search of one when i first saw it in initial d when i was 15 and now i can happily years later say, i own one with an SR20DET.

    • @12jax56
      @12jax56 3 года назад +7

      By the way the sound that these SR20s are producing is from a greddy T6 manifold that had unequal length headers. Super popular back then not many of them going around anymore since they don’t produce it. But it makes an SR sounds mean as fuck.

    It 2:27am your at a gas station not to far from the mountain but quite a distance,as walk outside with your drink and snacks you see a Jzx 100,86,and a rx-7 drive by,you hop in your s14 to head to mountain as you begin to get closer you can hear tires sketchy and car speed around turns,you catch up to three cars earlier they pull over to wait for a opportunity to hop in the line,just before you know a group of slide pass you,before you put your car in gear you take one last look at your phone it 3am the night has just begun.

    That's so relaxing to watch. Was there a lot of traffic at that time? Was it hard drifting passing by random cars driving meanwhile? Im just curious. Good job man

    • @JDMism
      @JDMism  9 месяцев назад +1

      There wasn't much traffic, mostly taxis, and the guys there were pretty good at looking for headlights, and pulling out of a drift when required

    JDM ism are you the driver? good drifting and the two tone Silvia looks like my 240 lmao, always would love this video so it’s cool to see more of it. wondering if it was recorded back in 09’?

    • @JDMism
      @JDMism  4 года назад +4

      The video was recorded back in 2006 and the driver is Masahiro Yoshida (吉田昌弘), I think he only really drove on the street. My "new" S13 is that same two-tone color. Nice choice for your 240SX!
