    I enjoy washing my car, it’s a stress reliever. Always nice to see a clean and shiny car.
    Love snow foam, but that wheel cleaning dolly with the rollers was great; would like one myself!
    What a stunning car; still looks great after almost 30 years.

    • @gdfggggg
      @gdfggggg 2 года назад +1

      I tried that snow foam, it didn’t do anything.

    • @actuallypaulstanley
      @actuallypaulstanley 2 года назад +3

      @@gdfggggg that’s a shame. Hopefully your foam lance nozzle allows for mixing thicker or thinner consistency to allow the foam to sit (cling) on the car panels before you use it as the cleaning product.
      Also, foam is not the usual car wash product it is a specific foam product, although you can use car wash, it will not perform the same as specific foam product.

    • @gdfggggg
      @gdfggggg 2 года назад +1

      @@actuallypaulstanley yup, bought all the products. I just couldn't see the point of it. It didn't lift any dirt off. I might aswell have just power washed then soap and sponge as usual.

    • @actuallypaulstanley
      @actuallypaulstanley 2 года назад +1

      @@gdfggggg it is supposed to soften the grime, so make cleaning easier. It does require a lot of the foam product to make the foam; does clean well though…
      My cars never get that dirty, so have not experienced that…
      Always make me smile basically covering my cars in snow!

    We live in a world where finding an intact 1964 Ferrari GTO is way easier than finding a stock 90s JdM or a stock Cosworth

    • @thecraigmachine69
      @thecraigmachine69 2 года назад +2

      Because those 90s JDMs and Cosworths were typically driven by tossers and wrapped the majority of them around a lap pole. And good riddance to the noisy bastard of things.

    • @Orcawhale1
      @Orcawhale1 2 года назад +12

      There's 39 Ferrari's GTO's, and ive manged to find 80 Ford Escort Cosworth, most of whom are stock.
      And as to stock JDM cars from the 90s, there's litterally thousands of them....
      So what are you actully talking about? Stop with this sort of virtue signaling nonsense.

    • @DrMcMoist
      @DrMcMoist 2 года назад

      Yeah cause the vast majority of them were stolen, taken for a joyride then set on either set on fire or disappeared into the ether never to be seen again.

Now I'm MUCH older and work my nuts off, a wife, Two girls to look after and a massive fkn mortgage I'm actually even further away from being able to afford one of these beauties nearly 30 years later!! things cost a fkn fortune now! But I've got two girls,well trained, clever able to wash, clean cook and run errands available to exchange any one for an Escort Rs Cosworth, no colour specific but wouldn't say no to a Mallard Green!!

      @@mino7122 Polishing is actually before wax is applied. When you polish, you are working directly on the clearcoat to remove small scratches/swirls. For heavier paint correction, you do compounding/cutting before polishing to aggressively correct the paint.. this dulls the finish a bit so you have to polish it up. After polish, the surface should be perfect, or close to it, but it has no protection on it. That is where the wax, or some other protection, step comes in.
