- It's time for the Clean Team to get stuck into a proper Japanese performance icon. Luke bought his S15 in 2018 and has always ensured his car makes a statement. It has been wrapped four times and regularly attends car shows across the country. It's not the dirtiest car the boys have detailed but it does come with some unique challenges: wrap maintenance/protection and knowing it will have some critical eyes poking around the engine bay at meets. Time to get back that showroom shine...

Was this car at a "Car meet" in the Netherlands - Rotterdam? im sure ive seen this car drift insanely long and it was awsome!
man the cars rad but its almost impossible to "shine" wrap. ive had my car wrapped once and a bit over a year ago painted and the difference is insane.
nice to see the change in the format. no one needs to feel like an iconic car is a rush job, and some good details has gone into it.
bit of a shame to blur out the plates at the start of the vid, then remove them totally once inside, whoopsie @13:14.

I’m curious to know how much a detailing like this would cost if you were to go to a company irl? Does anyone know?
Really depends where you are and who you use. Some people might do it for 100 quid, yet some might charge more towards the 300+. It’s really how much you are willing to pay and who you go to. There’s not really a set price for it

Same as Aaron said, depends on were you are and go, here in America anywhere from 50-1000+
I'm not sure I'd trust someone who said they'd do something like this for $50... it's a *lot* of very fiddly work.
@@MravacKid in the UK there are 100s of car wash place's. 99% of places ain't like this 😂, there is a bucket, sponge and that's it no fancy foam, and you have 15 minutes to clean a car from inside out for minimum vages. Those two in this video living the dream

What I would say is before polishing glance a heat gun over the wrap too. Cast wrap vinyl is self healing under heat 👌🏼 then polish. Great job though dudes

So if the interior is not super dirty it can be washed with microfiber cloth instead of fully washing it?

Love you guys, I did valeting many moons ago but nothing like what you do. My partner has bought a new car and I would like to clean it rather than going to the 6 pound car washes. What cleaning kits would you recommend.? Thanks. I used to use a leather shammy but you don't! What do you use please? In the past I've used zymol and the lehm clay etc but you are far better than the old skool products, thank you Scott
I went from Leathers to the car towels. Much softer on the paint and easier to use. As for products, so many out there. I use and myriad of products as not all products from the same companies work as well.

Who is this shows specific audience? The themes are overlapping so much I'm lost.
It feels like a sim-cade game. There's proper detail tips and focus here and there but there's also alot of cheesy dialogue and odd choice of music.

You know Top Gear is clutching at straws as far as viewings and ratings go when they’ve jumped on the car detailing bandwagon and the worst part is there’s dedicated companies that have videos on here of exactly this and delve into better detail🙄 at this point you’s be as well rename yourselves because the whole Top Gear aspect of the show is gone now it’s just another automotive channel amongst many
