      I’m also 70 and for years I start and finish my total 2 hour stretch , free weights and swim before the sun rises. I’m calm and have thought through issues without interruption.. best part of my days….

      I have 3 hip replacements and now looking like 2 shoulder replacements Like the old TIMEX COMMERCIAL I TAKE A LICKEN AND KEEP ON TICKEN😀😀

    Aquariums
    Playing piano, guitar, drums.
    I have been lifting weights since i was 19. 6 days per week for 2 1/2 hours per day. Martial art (tang fong hung gar kung fu. Hu tinh and fishing. I use my Aquariums to meditate and calm my spirit and mind...
