My mom lives with me due to having 2 strokes. She has gotten addicted to listening to these great stories with me. She usually falls asleep listening to a 2nd or 3rd video. It was 2 am and I thought she was asleep. I paused the video and she yelled at me and I almost died. Keep'em coming and we'll keep listening. 😁

I live in Shreveport, Louisiana within a few minutes walk of the Red River and a small tributary of it borders my backyard. I get Raccoons, oppossums, Nutria, and even bobcats in my backyard in the middle of a residential area. I also get big loud owls that keep me up at night. Thanks for the story.

I live right on the exact middle of Louisiana in Alexandria. I can walk to the Red River from my house. When it gets high we suffer from flooding; thats how close we are!! I’ve never seen a Bigfoot or other cryptid BUT from a REALLY SAFE distance away I would absolutely love to!!!!

I was just released from the nursing home (for rehab) this week so trying to catch up on the Dixie Cryptid videos. The last story was great. I live with my son and his family. He's been very good to help me when I need it and I'm so thankful. Ever since we became born again Christians (one at a time) many things have happened around here that otherwise would have been unexplainable. Fear is no longer in our vocabulary so the day I saw a demon near the garage, I got out of my car and starting singing a song I learned 60 years ago in Bible School. My DIL saw it twice but she called it bigfoot. 😂My son has heard hair-raising growls in the garage after returning from speaking at a men's mission. We used to see and hear things inside the house, now it's outside. The demons are working hard because they know their time is short. God bless.

We came home one night and almost got sick the second we opened the vehicle doors. It smelled like something huge was dead very nearby. I walked our entire property with a flashlight trying to see what it was. I found nothing. Next day, my husband and I both searched again; still nothing.
I walked over and asked my neighbor if she had smelled anything and she said no. I thought how could you not, but it was then that I realized we had a demon trying to scare us away.
We bought a beautiful lake lot; a dream come true for us both after our retirement.
We have been living in our RV on the lot. I have never been afraid or heard or seen anything that bothered me there. There has only been just a feeling of peace. Until another neighbor’s son tried to commit suicide one day. He hadn’t lived there with them in a long time but that day I felt a bad presence. And that is the day he decided to commit suicide. He either brought the spirit with him or invited it to spend time with him that day. And that started a series of me feeling scared of the feelings of doom I was experiencing.
We had just sent our drawing to the log home builder and then the plans from them to the bank and are getting ready to dig the basement.
We’ve learned if you rent a house or buy an older one that has a spirit dwelling in it, the minute you start to do any renovation, they will make their presence known in a not so very nice way because I guess they think it is theirs, not yours. We or that guy stirred this one up. but we were not going to let it scare us away.
We could go outside and the smell not even be there, but in just a couple of minutes it would gag you and you could feel that heavy presence. My husband was working on a water pipe outside one night, no smell until he felt something brush across his hair and the smell got really bad then. But he drove it away from him quickly in the name of Jesus.
We had started speaking to it and telling it to leave in the name of Jesus as soon as I realized what it was. It took a while before it stopped aggravating us, but we finally drove it away with the power of Jesus’s name. When you speak with the authority that you are, and you know you are a child of The King, and that demons have no authority over you, they have no choice but to leave.
But in order to speak it, you need to have accepted Jesus as your Savior and give Him authority over your life and have Him living inside of you and know in your heart that through Jesus you have authority to command the demons; then you can speak with authority over them as He did.
I hope this helps someone that has a spirit taunting them.

While stationed in Vietnam we used to set up ambushes and when we would get into position, we would have to sit there for about two hours(and i mean sit without moving any muscles), before the insects and things would go back to making noises. This was a vulnerable time for us as the enemy who were as sharp as were could also pick up on the lack of sounds and know something was there.

I found a dead bigfoot in northwestern British Columbia. I was by myself, hiking to a spot on a river to do some fishing. I had my cellphone. I was able to take lots of images and video. I concentrated on the face, hands, feet, overall body size etc. I included something in each image for size scale, like my water bottle or a ten dollar bill.
I then hiked out and called the cops. They showed up, took my cell phone and I haven't seen it since. I told them where to find the body but the next day I was told there was nothing there at all. I went back and the body was gone. There were all kinds of human boot prints in the sand and mud. There was a distinct drag mark where something large and heavy had been dragged up the bank of the river. But I didn't have my phone or a camera to take any more photos.
The cops kept stating they didn't know what I was talking about. Fish and game people were equally non-helpful. They all acted like I was some kind of nut job. Somewhere my cell phone images and video are being kept under wraps. As for the body, I have no idea what happened to it. Buried, burned, ran threw a wood chipper... who knows?
Does anyone else have a similar story?

If i ever did video I'd do the same - send it to trustworthy people. post it on youtube and facebook with a notice for everyone to copy it immediately and re-post it and save a copy in case they started disappearing. it's sad that we'd have to even do this, but no one can be trusted.

But I'm commenting on your old dog with you in this video! So precious and reminds me of my old girl who I had to put down due to 18yrs of being the best friend companion guardian and soul mate ever! I'm not using the term in the traditional manner that a lot of people use it to describe their significant other on the object of their affection! More so, I say soul mate because I honestly believe that dogs as do many creatures, have souls! I'm sure there's a lot of people that agree? Your stories are captivating, I just don’t understand why there are no photos of these creatures. It’s not like there aren’t small cameras or cellphones with great cameras build into them. The idea that a big foot does exist is kinda magical. But for all the years that these stories cover you would think someone would have captured a undeniable photo.
Or what about bones ? A skull ? Something ...

Back in the 90s before 9-11 there where many really good videos of Sesquac. There was a site called "The Best (or Top) 100 Bigfoot videos". The top 30 were exceptional. I have been searching for the last several years and can't find them anymore. There was one where a Juvenile Sesquac had somehow wandered into a populated ski area with many people. There were several people taking videos of him on their cellphone. Several had gotten pretty close to him too. My favorite video that I so wish I could find again was of a young boy, maybe 10 - 12 years old. He was out in the woods filming a "Survival " video. The dear lad was so focused on making his "Survival Video" that he had no clue what was going on behind him whatsoever. It was kind of funny. I watched it many times. A few minutes into his video as he is talking, you see a rock fly by several feet behind the boy. Several seconds later, another rock flys by behind him. Then from left to right, you clearly see a Sesquac walk down and cross behind the boy, then walks out of frame to the left. I so wish I could have been there when the young boy and his parents first reviewed the video that he had filmed!!! Yeah, Sesquac have a sense of humor too!

@@DixieCryptid There were also several videos back then, of a boy in Florida who was walking on the beach after a storm and in a tide pool had found a hatchling of a Sea Dragon/Serpent. It wasn't like those fake videos of dead "man made" things, this one was alive and the boy filmed it swimming in the tide pool when he found it. He picked it up in one hand and it fit in the palm of his hand then. He also posted more videos on RUclips of it, because he took it home and kept it in the bathtub. It was growing really fast. Some University in California saw the videos that the boy had posted and offered him a large sum of money to buy the creature. They picked it up and they kept it in a large swimming pool at the University (Sorry, I don't remember the name now). But they also posted videos of creature. There were professors and students in the videos who were studying the creature and documenting their research. After some time the "government" came in and confiscated the creature and all of their research on the creature. It was very sad. I can't find those videos now either.

    • @maggiesmama757
      @maggiesmama757 2 года назад +2

I think a whole lot of the time people are too scared or too in awe or it happens so fast that they cannot think to take pictures or it’s too dense where they stepped into or too dark.
I know I would probably be if surprised by one out in the woods.
But I agree that the pictures and videos of those in plain sight could be plainer or could be enhanced in this digital age, to where features could be distinguished.
We saw one one night on our way to the store. Or we saw something that looked like they have been described.
It was too dark to take a photo. It was standing on the side of the road by a cow pasture that’s in a bottom by a creek. It is very dark down in there, even in daytime because the treetops canopy the road.
We drove past it before either of us had time to even process what we had just seen, but we both agreed that it was 6-8 feet tall, was completely covered in coarse, dark hair, had very broad shoulders and it’s body was turned slightly as if it had shied away from our headlights. So we only saw a little of the head but it was big. I asked my husband softly “what was that”? He answered just as softly “I don’t know.”
Most of the time when I go through there now, I keep my camera on and hold it on the steering wheel ready to hit the record or photo button.

The first story shows just how close to human settlements they can be. They mentioned it took place two hours outside of (or above?) Oroville, California. I mean, that whole area is basically north-central of the state, near Chico, Yuba City, etc. Obviously, the cities up there aren't populated in the millions like down south, but like he says, they're curious - and, if they've been there longer than we have, they're probably not going anywhere.
I live in San Diego (pop. 2-3mil) yet I notice even our common wild animals (possums, squirrels, raccoons, coyote, birds) are so used to people, it's to the point of unfriendliness! They just wanna be left alone to do what they're doing to survive. Ppl try feeding animals & get scoffed at! Haha. The animals look at you like, "I know you're not just gonna throw that food on the ground for me…" Lol…The more remote you get, I think animals can be more friendly and curious. I've also lived in the mountain town of Julian, CA; specifically, 30-45 minutes outside of town, with pine-forest-covered winding roads & rugged hills. We had wild animals practically eating out of our hands. I was able to hand catch skinks, garter snakes, tarantula, a baby bat and a hummingbird! Not to mention the baby deer, baby quail, the bobcat, and "feral" dogs, which became pets.. the less contact, the less fear. Look at history. Only through repeated violence & dominance is a fear or disdain developed. You would think it's the opposite, but human habitation has an interesting effect on wild/native populations.

It was sad when the first Aeronautical Museum burn down and the duplicate Spirit of St. Lewis was destroyed. I was a Wrangler at the YMCA Camp Marston and Raintree Ranch in Julian, teaching campers how to ride and taking them out on the trails. There are Sesquac in that area.
