Keep up the great work.
Hi. I tack the easy subli for 15 seconds at 320 degrees then I place the sub print on top of the easy subli and press for 60 seconds at 394 degrees. The standard for sublimation is 400 degrees for 60 seconds but the heat can vary depending on your press.
Awesome video. I figured this method out through trial and error as well. Do you apply the Easysubli as recommended 311/15 and then apply the A sub for 400/60?
Hi, yes! I just turn on my heat press and set it to 400 for 60 and press the easysubli when the press hits 310. This way I don't have to adjust the temp and time twice. I'm a little lazy.. lol
Yes I do. If your time and temp are what easysubli recommends - I suggest; lowering the temp 10 degrees & reducing the time as well. Remember you only need minimal adhesion of the easysubli that it doesn't move when you layer on top of it. Full adhesion will happen during the second press and sub paper should keep it from shrinking as much as it does now.
Hi Joel, yes.. the sublimation paper is indeed cut on the standard cutting mat. Cut settings are Copy Paper with 16 Force (but also depends on the age of your blade, if your blade is a little dull you may need to increase the force) and 6 Speed.
