And all those making post about teachers, bf's the one girl who says she has 'proof' about the teacher, I'd love to know what she's saying now. She just nailed her lawsuit lid down her own self. Maybe now TikTok will permanently remove her channel since this seems to be her specialty with falsely accusing, like the Morris dude.

There was a david that posted to me on the victims early on was brought up from a diff. state. I looked at person who posted (david) their account was created day before that killing of that victim. I posted to them to respond early today been no response back. Strange coincidence but it can be just that. In addition a case in oak park came to my atten. I was looking at a traveling poss serial killer. Notice he bryan has to drive through oak park to go to idaho. idk. That case reads similar. unsolved. The case in 2020 diff state is close to date he graduated so idk if possible. Be possibly the weekend prior? to grad. Mean he drove all the way there an came back. Is that likely? idk. “INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY”
I write this thinking of one of my four college age grandchildren. Their ages fluctuate from 19 to 25 years old. One of them is bi-polar, has asperger traits and in just a few short words, the world would look at him and think; “awkward and/or weirdo. He recently graduated from college but has yet to find where he fits in. His mom has given him all the tools mental health can offer, however, once he was 18, by law, it was up to him to take his medications, see his therapist periodically and so on. My daughter had absolutely no legal resource to enforce this took place consistently to maintain his chemical and emotional balance. To this day, we all worry what he may or may not do. So in a way, I have mixed feelings for this person.
On the other hand, I have two beautiful college age grand-daughters, and I fret constantly over their safety. Both go to out-of-state universities. At this age, kids are kind of naive and carry that false sense of security attitude, “oh, that won’t happen to me because…” any parent can fill the blank. Our parents did it, we did it, now they do/say/feel it. It’s common to the age. In my mind, I substituted each of those faces with my grandkids; my knees buckled and my heart literally broke. I thanked God they were all home for the holidays. These parents will forever be changed. It’s horrendous to lose a child under any circumstance, I cannot imagine losing one in such a savage, cruel, and evil manner.
My big preoccupation with this case is as follows: the guy has ALREADY been condemned by the public. We DO NOT YET have all the facts the Police, FBI, Detectives, Forense examiners, etc., must have in order to obtain and execute an arrest. I am fearing prospective jurors may already be biased and the probability of a mistrial. So much speculation is dangerous. We need to wait for the facts to be given publicly. If this man is indeed the perpetrator of such evil, he will pay the price, the truth wills out.
My three takeaways from this all: 1. not all awkward people are criminals in the making. 2. We need to wait for the trial to “prove beyond reasonable doubt,” this man’s culpability. And 3. As parents we all do our best to raise good citizens and people, yet at one point in life, how, what, where and with whom they decide to do or choose is out of our hands.

HPNana thoughtful comment. I feel for you. This world we live in is certainly not for the faint-hearted, and I'm sure it must make parents anxious especially if their children are trying to cope with a mental disorder as well. I'm not American, and youtube comments seem to reflect 99% an American pov with regards to any subject on here. It's refreshing to see someone also waiting for the evidence before labelling him the murderer.
It seems they did get a genealogy match, which takes them to a third cousin of this person, then they work up from there to the closest relative.
Then there's the car. So the dna match and the car are pretty damning, but, like you, I want to see them debate the facts, and especially genealogy, in court.
I belive they did geofencing as well, which is incredibly complex and expensive, but it puts the murderer's phone in or near the house for months before the murder - if he was in the vicinity and when. If that puts him there as well as everything else, then I don't see how it can be anyone else.
Sorry, I'm rambling on a bit. I'm just thinking of the case as I speak. I guess I wouldn't like to be a parent in this day and age. One can't wrap one's kids in cottonwool but kids can be particularly cruel to others who are perceived as "different" especially in this age of social media.
Sending you positivity and hugs. May all your grandchildren be safe out there🤗

LE had to already make some kind of connection in order to obtain a warrant to make an arrest and charge the guy. You have to connect a person to make them a suspect. LE has been trying to be very careful not to mess up. They want a conviction. I doubt they're gonna screw up by arresting someone they couldn't connect to at least one of the victims.

I agree. I think he had been there and was 'familiar' with the house, those who lived there. He didn't randomly walk into a place known to be full of people almost 24/7 even when the tenants weren't home and not know some details. Their open all the time for parties may have been part of why he chose them, I think In MY Opinion he was having fantasies about doing this, that house was full of kids all the time, usually quite impaired, he thought this was a perfect scenario, constant moving parts, constant people in and out, always loud, impaired, and unprepared.. and they became his prey for opportunity and to control the environment. To be the 'one in charge'
I fully expect they will use his background and his reddit 'research' and they will say he was insane.. couldn't tell truth from fantasy anymore and that will be their defense.
I'm hoping and praying he just tells the truth. All of it.. what, why, how, and take his punishment and give this family at least a crumb of a future. Can I ask, the older pics, he had more 'weight' the mug shot, he looks like he's lost weight and his nose appears to have a RECENT (and older) break. I think when they say there was a hell of a fight on the second floor, Ethan broke this dude's nose and we all know broken noses are like water ways flowing fast and furious. Do you think it looks like a fresh break or maybe just more pronounced bc of weight loss and a different hair style?

The way the criminal Justice system works in the USA is that a person is presumed innocent until proven guilty, and you can’t just arrest someone without building a case. The fact is LE and the FBI were tracking the “suspect” across country and had his parent’s home in a gated community under surveillance 24/7 while waiting to have the proper warrants to arrest him means they were doing their job. I worked extensively with a Prosecutor’s Office and Sheriff’s Department and I am amazed at how many different States were involved!! The suspect may have only lived 7 miles from the house where the murders were committed, but it was a different State! And he lived in housing owned by the University he was enrolled in the PhD program at and had an office on campus. They would have had to get search warrants, requiring probable cause, in each of those places requiring the cooperation and assistance of each of those LE departments and Judges/Magistrates. I don’t watch “NewsNation”, this clip just popped up on my RUclips feed. This lawyer, and the victim’s family he represents, with the help of the media have done nothing but trash LE and seek to be on the news! They have also shared information with the public, like their daughter and another victim were sleeping in the same bed instead of their separate bedrooms! That kind of info is something that LE often wants to keep out of the public domain so that there are details ONLY the killer would know!! This family acts like they want their daughter to be the center of everything - like she is more important than the other victims. Why do they even need a lawyer?!?

I know that many former law enforcement professionals have stated previously that it takes weeks, months, years to solve cases. They had a lot of information to break down and for the police to have a suspect in custody this fast is incredible. I'm very impressed that they kept so many things out of the public's knowledge. I'm very very impressed and I hope justice is served for the victims, their families, and the community. This is an absolute tragedy and I hope that a few good things (Familial DNA testing, cooperation between police forces, and maybe some prevention if motivation is investigated) can come from it.

If you study many cases over many years you begin to understand all the nuances and strategy involved with building a case (and, no, LE can't share these). In this day and age, there are so many resources available to LE that the public is not even aware of. It's often not about lack of evidence or leads - it's about coordination and prioritization of these elements so that the suspect can't leave country while probable cause is being established. Everything that's done is to pass muster with the court at every juncture. The Golden State Killer case is proof not to give up on LE - because no case is unsolvable.
