I am guessing you are talking about autodesk educational license link. I don't want to do that, just incase they might flag the video, also the links might change in the future. Just use Google safely.
Because if you are on level 2(or the actual ceiling level), no need to offest. The default ceiling in revit thinks that, if you are placing ceiling on ground floor, for example, you are normally on ground floor, so it comes with the offset for floor to ceiling height
