Thank you so much! I pretty much followed this course, and in like, 2 hours max I had the house done! It's beautiful, thanks to your teaching! I was wondering how in your other videos you got a nice setting, smooth lines, and other details, and i got to see in this video (like graphic settings; the dimension line tricks; the filter thing too; etc).

I know a lot of architects using Revit or a similar programs working endless hours building the building in 3D. many are working 60 hours per week and being paid for 40. You can make more money designing video games than laboring trying to build a building in 3D. After more the 55 years in the architecture profession I have never had the need to design in 3D.

Hi. Thankyou for your videos. I'm learning Revit LT 2025 and this project was really helpful. I got a little bit stuck at the end though, because when loading in bathroom fittings etc. I found that the cloud family ones are quite basic and old-fashioned (I didn't use your template because I don't want to depend on that as I am learning for employment purposes). Could you make a step by step video on how to import and use content from places like BIM objects in Revit LT? I've been looking and looking, but I can't seem to find how to do it. Downloading is fine, but I don't understand what to do from there and how to place the items in my actual model.

Hello! This semester in studio my professor would like us to create timber arch type of structures (similar to Sheffield winter garden) and I was wondering if it is possible to model something like that in revit? My professors have told me revit isn’t good for designing in and I honestly have no idea how to go about this so I was wondering if anyone had any tips? Thanks!

When I transfer the sheets I created in the Revit program to the AutoCad program as sheets, it comes in two forms. Layout and model. In the model section, every dimension is correct but not in sheet form. In the layout section, it is in sheet form but to scale. I want to see it in model form and in real size as a sheet. I don't know if I could explain it, but I would be glad if you could help.

@@balkanarchitect I don`t want to be rude, but youtubers and those who sells courses on these softwares are no messengers, you are the TROJAN HORSE if you don`t warn your viewers or don`t ever raised against this practice. Think about it: You need their strategy to succeed so that you can too. You never warned anyone on how predatory this pratice is and probably never will. You will keep pretending this is a fine business model, making architects hostages to paying forever without anything in return and no habilities to fight back since there are only two main groups on the market doing the exact same thing: Autodesk and Nemetschek. That`s not ilegal, just not ethical either.
