I'm glad to see you help us learn to manage when things go wrong. Which they do with mine more frequently than success. Thanks you for the effort and time involved in making these clips. I always look forward to them.
One thing I never heard on the internet and had to learn it myself: Springtails love eating fittonia for some reason. So I guess use the little guys sparingly in fittonia scapes
I feel springtails mostly go for dead and decaying part of the plant not the fresh parts. But again there could be many unknown facts and theories. Thanks for sharing
love your builds and these mistakes were mde video are very important, thank you for sharing, still haven't made any pots, but I bought/found a nice jar hehe
I have a cylinder glass just like this one. It has a whole defect in the bottom, I'm thinking better for draining. I'm going to start drilling with a glass bit on all my terrariums that are small
A type of carbon known as “activated charcoal” has undergone particular processing to expand its surface area and improve its capacity to adsorb (not absorb) specific chemicals. Activated charcoal, as opposed to conventional charcoal, has been processed in a way that leaves it with a high surface area and a number of holes and channels on its surface, allowing it to attach to molecules and pollutants in a way that regular charcoal cannot.

Glad you like the content. Thanks!
Wonderful video and the rebuild captured the essence of the previous terrarium. May I ask, is the moss you used riccardia chamedryfolia?
Thank you. Its Hypnum
Great design ❤! And thank you for sharing your experience🌷. I use Dracaena draco instead of regular driftwood and it works well
Thank you and also thanks for sharing your choice of hardscape
Tysm for the video and subtitles, is very helpful 😊
You are welcome. Thanks
I also find introducing random mushroom spores helps to keep lower the mould levels as it competes with it for nutrients :)
Interesting!
Alot of mycelium hates competition :)

Sir can I use inactivated charcoal in terrarium ?
Yes. However activated carbon is more effective in absorbing the pollutants.
@@TheUrbanNemophilist You mean inactived charcoal will work fine but not as activated
Hola, cómo esterilizas las plantas ?
With H2O2 1:30 with water
1 parte de H2O2 en 30 de agua? Eso significa 1:30 ? Muchas gracias 😘

Wow
I have planted tank fertility can you say how do i apply fertilizer for the terrariums
I use the Dooa Wabikusa mist. You would need a clear liquid based fertiliser that can be applied with a spray mister.
@@TheUrbanNemophilist can I use ADA or all in one fertilizer by diluting it?
Not a hater. REALLY enjoy yr vids. But why did u continue 2 use the metal lid??
It is a treo jar with a transparent acrylic lid held in place by a steel rim. It’s not opaque. amzn.to/3Qm99mH
