Is it safe to use the free compost in vegetable garden since it has biosolid in it?
Is the compost considered organic?
Are the compost tested for pathogens and harmful chemicals?

I was gifted some compost from there... but I can't say how. The compost there is used for LA County building landscapes, like for the courthouses and such.
This is by far, the best way to make compost.... underground pipes pumping air through the mix. (APCE)
