First time flying on Thai Airways on a 5 hour flight from from Bangkok, Thailand to Osaka, Japan. I wanted to fly Thai Airways for a while and this time I could finally do so.

Yes, there is a power outlet at the seat. I didn’t use it so I don’t know if it worked though
