The Real the Reason why it wasn't is because of the licensing of the Jungle Book considering the copyright protected similar to Tarzan which is why you don't see Tarzan world after KH1 was due to licensing
Uh... The Jungle Book is public domain, there's literally no copyright for it. The only legal trouble was from Louis Prima's state over Jim Cummings doing a spot-on impression without their permission, which is why King Louie didn't appear in The Jungle Book 2.
Jungle Book got cut from like half the KH titles. Nomura wants to do it but it always is on the chopping block. BBS was the closest to actually doing it. Hopefully one day we get that world in some game or at least a summon

I managed to get that game on adrenaline to play on my vita and i chose normal mode and it turns out i suck at Kingdom hearts 😭 I got stuck on the first Boss fight in the Maleficent world or whatever its called
All of the games require just a little bit of level-grinding at least. I think it's to encourage exploration and compelling the player to have a "hero's journey", not just speedrun through worlds/ plot. BBS is an INCREDIBLE game. Every character is super powerful from the beginning (unlike Sora)
Don't worry man, you just encountered one of the harder boss fights. And Terra being slow af won't make it any better xD in fact, I would argue that Terra has the most difficult path of the 3. I played KH so much and also struggled so damn hard there on proud mode. After that, the other bosses are somewhat stupidly easy compared to the first one. No idea why.
BBS is super hard if you're only using attack. The game heavily relies on the command deck, which can be absolutely broken if you mix the right commands. Just grind a bit, even play the board game thingy to level up your commands and get new ones as well and you'll be fine!
