This was so powerful. The words said and music I’ve had a hard time finding a meditation like this. I think I might have to do this a couple more times because I felt I had so much to release. I spent a majority of this hypnosis/meditation crying because what you were saying and the images I saw were a lot to take in yet I couldn’t and didn’t want to stop. I don’t completely feel the sense of being free yet so I’m going to do this again until I’ve released the pain. I noticed my father and I had a cord attached at the right hip. It wasn’t surprising that a lot of our generational pain sits within the sacral chakra. The cord appeared beautiful in gold making it look like severing it would be like severing my connection to him, oddly sharing the same pain makes me feel closer to him. I was grateful for the visualization of forming a new and better cord connection. I’m so glad I stumbled upon your videos. I’ve been trying to find something like this for a long time. Thank you 🙏
Yes, please use it again and write a letter of release to him as well, giving back the pains you've felt along side or become of him. 'It wasn't OK when you did this. When you did x it hurt me y caused to to feel this etc x

❤ wow I am very surprised I never ever even considered that I might need to heal any of my father wounds because I love and respect my father on a level that I was never able to love and respect my mother so when you told me to deal with my father wounds first I was a little confused but when I listen to The meditation and the things that came up I must say thank you very much for allowing me to see the things I was able to see that I was not able to see before thank you
