Lol this face terrified me as a kid. I actually did everything in my power to avoid ever seeing it, even knew exactly when to look away when watching the movie when it flashed up. Nowadays I love it, Eileen is a lovely lady.

If you pause it on the flash before the first take, you can see that they have Eileen’s head partially covered in black fabric as to only see her face. Pretty cool.

one of the scariest faces in horror history, and when you look closely, there really isnt much to it, some black and white makeup and the false teeth, thats it, no prosthetics, not even contact lenses, nothing, its the lighting and the very brief shot you get in the movie that makes it scary, here in its uncut footage i cant help think that Eileen looks like she has a bad dose of the runs lol, however this footage is amazing to see
