I started out as a "casual" Crowbar fan 15-20 years ago. Over the years they've become my favorite band. I listen to them more than any other band. Kirk not only creates some of the heaviest grooviest riffs, the dual harmonies are killer as well. I was never big on lyrics in general, but Kirk writes some of the most deepest meaningful lyrics. I would recommend some of Crowbar live shows here on RUclips. Many of their songs sound even more killer live. Crowbar was also a big influence on many of the early 2000's "core" bands.
