I grew up in the '70s. 5 kids in our family and we went through sweet cereal like water. That was back in the days when they put prizes and small toys in the box and whoever got up earliest and made it to the kitchen to a new box of cereal, they got the prize. Imagine 2 or more of us running into the kitchen to grab the cereal box at the same time. LOTS of arguments back in the day. Count Chocula, Frankenberry, Boobery, Frute Brute, we ate it all, and lots of other cereals too. One of my favs when I was a kid was Lucky Charms. The marshmallows were SOOOO good. Sometimes I would pour a bowl, then pick a bunch more marshmallows out of the box so I had lots in my bowl.
Out of these cereals Count Chocula was my favorite Boo berry was my second franken berry was my third. Until they came out with fruit brute as a Funko soda I never heard of it either. I haven't had the mummy one. I was aware of the mummy. I just don't remember eating it. It's cool they're bringing ad icons back as action figures. Just a bigger scale. Which I'm all for.

Great acquisitions! I got both of these for my son and he loves them! Action figures, cartoons and cereal all go together. It's a perfect combo.
Cocoa Pebbles and peanut butter Captain Crunch were always my favorite cereals. These figures are awesome. Definitely want to add these to my collection.
I gotta get the Franken Berry figure now. I grabbed Count Chocula a few months ago on clearance. Gotta get a deal! I hope they make the rest of the monsters at least! Fruity Pebbles & Golden Grahams were my favorites as a kid!

Whenever the Chester Cheetah figure comes out, that's one I have to have for sure.
As far as cereals go, as a kid I know I liked Lucky Charms. But nowadays, if I do eat cereal, it's Honey Nut Crispy Oats (from Aldi's).

I damm bear bought some Boo Berries at Target Saturday. I honestly didn't know they still made that OG cereal I ate that shit routinely while playing with my Joe's.
My all time favorite cereal is actually the coco crispies, haven't had cereal in years. I also really liked the nesquick cereal and the Oreo O's. This isn't my thing but these figures are still awesome
And thats why 10 dollars a month for Patreon is so worth it for the early fun unboxings in addition to the early unboxings

I've seen the Count Chocula in the wild. I haven't seen Frankenberry though. Cool figures, but they wouldn't be my cup of tea. Now I've had several different cereals I've liked over the years. Corn pops, Captain Crunch, Reese puffs, Fruity pebbles, Trix (The Trix rabbit would be amazing as a figure btw) As far as non-sugar cereals go, I liked Crispx a lot too. When I was a kid (in the 90s, I was born in 1988), Count Chocula and Frankenberry were all year around. I'm not sure when, but I know they became seasonal and are only around for Halloween time.

I thought about buying some Count Chocula and Frankenberry. But it's $5 for a small box that only holds maybe 1 bowlful! So I bought a generic bag for $5 that will last me all week!
I haven't had either cereal since i was a child (many years ago). Cocoa Pebbles on the other hand I had last week.

Basic 4 cereal is for old people, but I like it 😎
Those are really neat figures. I would like to see a Cap'n Crunch figure or a Sonny the Cuckoo. The sky is the limit on these! Maybe they'll get licenses from other cereal companies to bring out other breakfast cereal mascots in the near future.

I really do like these figures. I plan to get them eventually but they aren't at the top of my collecting list.

Nice looking figures. Too bad the cereals don't have the "luster" of the old days when I was a kid. Tried Boo Berry last year and they must have doofed with the recipe because it came off as very bland. Chocula is still pretty good, Franken Berry is okay but my guy Boo Berry was done dirty. It reminded of when they screwed with Honey Combs 3 or 4 years ago.
