  • This isn't just any clock radio: it's one with an analog clock (that still works) and outstanding sound fidelity. Too bad its alarm buzzer doesn't work!

Great find! Thanks for sharing with all of us! I wouldn't mind getting hold of one of these myself! I saw one on Ebay for just around the price you suggested it might cost on there: $60. I think I may try scouring my local Goodwill & thrift shops, to see what I can find before forking over the $60!

Lovely. I have my dad’s, minty condition. Any thoughts on how I can add some oomph to the FM reception would be appreciated…i’m out in the sticks and have iffy/drifty FM reception. Many thx

I am very partial to table radios, albeit I think I only have about 3 of them, I do like! I also am extremely partial to vintage Sony radios, they make up the bulk of my collection. The performance of these old Sony's are amazing! If you'd like, you can check out a video I did on one of mine: ruclips.net/video/3NW-nShYvlQ/видео.html - It's very cool that you found this at a great price and in really good condition! Take some Howards to the cabinet if you'd like to redo it! Thanks for sharing! ~Jack, VEG

I heeded Vwestlife's suggestion and took some Goo Gone to it. The cabinet really shines, quite literally now!
