There's nothing VoicePlay can't do, I swear. They just keep pushing the limits. I love it when they cosplay. Of course, I love it when they goof around with Disney too. And then there are the ballads. Yeah. I just love VoicePlay. LOL
AleXa is a singer , dancer and actress and is now also a K pop artist based in South Korea, where she was filmed for this, using green screen. .
I don't even want to think about the editing nightmare they must have had piecing all this together. Just the fact it's been this long since the first peek says a lot because these guys are super talented at this. Major kudos to Layne and Eli for the editing. And just a WOW to Layne for the vocal percussion in this one. It was amazing. They all are, but Layne really stretched out here.

Although it predates video games and even VoicePlay, I think I know what you’re talking about on the hairstyle. In the ‘50s, the term greasers came about from the amount of grease they would put in their hair to make the perfect DA. (Which stood for a certain part of a waterfowl’s anatomy - I’m sure you can look it up if you want to know more.)
AleXa is the recent winner of American Song Contest. Although she mainly works in South Korea, she represented her home state of Oklahoma. When her people contacted VoicePlay about her wanting to work with them, Layne had this arrangement about ready, so they were able to do it. She recorded her vocals and green screen videos in South Korea, and VoicePlay did theirs in Florida. Then Layne had the formidable job of exiting it all together with Eli’s backgrounds.
And - as usual - they put out another top notch video!
Everyone keeps missing Geoff’s high run just after his bass part!
You shouldn't expect others to hear the same thing you do. I heard everything. But I don't give such high praises on it. 👍🏻 It is all, however, fantastic. And I had to listen to the original first, before the cover
@@calebritter3659 I wasn't saying everyone should hear the same thing as me, I'm sorry it came off that way. In fact every single time i listen I hear something different each and every one of them were remarkable!!!! It was just something that stood out to me because everyone is always talking about his bass abilities and this was showcasing his incredible range! Again I apologize that it came off as me saying everyone should hear what I hear because that's the point of music that everyone experiences it differently

I always hear new things when I replay.. the first time with the cameras on is hard to catch everything.. especially with talent like VoicePlay
@@pzycho_reclas1794 No need to apologize. It's all right. I just know that Voiceplay was made aware to me by a co-worker/friend and since then, I have been becoming more and more of a fan. I just know what words mean and I should be the one apologizing for being a terrible person to you.
Alexa's most recent achievement was winning American Song Contest, but she has a well developed series of MV's, best watched in order because there is an overall story arc. Bomb, Do or Die, Villain, Revolution. She sings, raps, and does stunt work, everything a body could wish for!

Alexa has been a Kpop star since 2019 when she debuted with her song "Bomb" there is a whole story to follow with her music, people believed she was pure AI and or a Hologram, how ever this US (Ohio I believe) born Kpop star is also the first winner of the American Song Contest (the US version of Eurovision) making Kpop for the first time a winner of a US talent show with her song "Wonderland", she really is quite a talent and she wasn't a singer that got her start she was a dancer and won a Korean competition, if you decide to take a deeper dive into Kpop check out if you haven't Black Pink, Everglow, AleXa and Hyuna (who kind of inspired these girls) then also if you haven't Jpop/Metal with Babymetal
There is a TV series and they definitely matched characters.
Arcane is an excellent series on Netflix. This is the theme song of the show. It's set in the world of the League of legends game. They are all playing characters from the show here.
I get Ekko and Jinx. I think Eli is Jayce. Not sure about Layne and Geoff. Best guess having just binged the show Layne is Vance and Geoff is Silas? Problem I have with Silas is they would have done makeup and light effects for the red eye. What did you make of it?
@@brendaswolfe1435 I'm pretty sure Geoff is Silco. That stiffened jacket sure looks like Silco's clothes. I agree a good guess for Eli is Jayce. He is wearing the most upper class outfit. I am really not sure which character Layne is. Maybe Victor, maybe Clagger, maybe Vander.

She lives in S. Korea and recorded her part from there and sent it in. It looks flawless, thanks Eli. She won Best American Song last week and was at Billboard Music Awards this weekend.
It is also a Movie on Netflix and verry good.

A greaser, as far as I know, was someone who was not a gringo. This usage may be dated, but I don't know of a more up-to-date meaning, unless it's literal (a device for applying grease, or a person who uses or applies grease).
Yeah I’ve only heard the term in movies so I didn’t want to offend anyone Incase I was using it wrongly.
