Excellent! Thank you for this. It was really interesting. This is an example of one of my learning things 😂 Just a couple of comments. 1. The drinking thing has recently be debunked. No amount of alcohol is totally safe. The problem with the old research was that they were studying people who don’t drink at all with people who don’t drink a lot. Moderate drinkers defined as one or two drinks a week. The non drinkers, other than for religious reasons or those who just don’t drink, generally didn’t drink because they have a health conditions or were alcoholic and stopped. This made people who drink “moderately” lived longer than non drinkers. But drinking a little is fine and shouldn’t be a problem. Just not every day. 2. What is uninterrupted sleep? My Apple Watch says I average about 7 hours a night but I often get up to go to the washroom. Does that count or not? I’m not convinced the watch is perfectly accurate but it also tells me how much deep sleep and REM I get. I read that 35 minutes is average deep sleep for people my age. I’m always pleased to get more.
Happy to see you back here!

Wow. This channel has grown. I appreciate Dr Sullivan - hoping for more engaging videos.
Very common sense but an extremely helpful reminder! Thank you.
Hi Dr Sullivan, I was wondering if you had like an email or something so you can determine what type of counseling I may need please
Doctor: what is the significance of the stadia rod (surveying equipment) that appears over your left shoulder? Interesting story?
@@robertcouncil839 found it at an antique store and liked it :-) fits that spot perfectly!
