i've heard several versions of Whenever You Call from different filipino divas, but i must say, only KYLA's version got the real MC flavor of the song. no one else...she really got it, the riffs and runs, and every note, well executed. very nice indeed.

Nobody is perfect even the most famous singers got mistake too.. KYLA and JAYR always sings with heart and soul.. Lupeeet! Glad they're both together in ABS..God bless us all!

Oo, I get that Kyla's technique can be poor when belting high notes. But this song's highlights do not involve notes that are high enough for her to sound too pushed to the point of being painful to listen to. Or it maybe because her being on pith and executing the riffs well compensates for her wanting technique.

that 2:03-2:07 melisma, i think only this girl have able to copy exactly how mariah did it. that was a very difficult one. ive seen alot of versions of this song here, but i think on that part only this girl have nailed it. 2:51 is off but she did great on the passagios, only singers who got lots of headtones can do that,and she really has alot of them
