I had a similar experience in hockey. I went to school with a guy that was a real blow hard, but i never actually saw him play. After college, he was reffing in our beer leagues and a real Militant Seargent Slaughter Type..... So we used to screw with him in faceoffs . Whoever was behind him , however the draw went down, would drift in and run him over , or knock at his skates to topple him over. I was the goalie, and i would skate over to check on him as we left the zone.......and hed be so pissed, but he didnt know who to penalize. He never knew , that i knew who he was, and i told my guys to chip him every chance you got in a faceoff.

Hilarious story & great example as to why its always better to not be a blow hard - you create enemies you didn't even know existed
