OLD SCHOOL NFL RANDOM CHASES & RACES TO THE GOAL WASHINGTON REDSKINS EDITION
I added on another post that Fischer, Mike Curtis and Bill Pellington should be in hall of fame. All mean and tough
MR. LESTER HAYES SHOULD BE NOMINATED TO BE 100% PLACED IN THE NFL HALL OF FAME !! STARTING TODAY !!! PUT HIM IN NOW !!!
That's my Homeboy he would have been the first to break Jim Browns rushing record if it wasn't for the injury that he suffered 😁 👍 Thomasville GA.
My favorite Browns player, all-time. Was a phenomenal football player. Did everything at an exceptional level!!
Da goat
1985 Lt breaks joe theisemann leg Monday night football
I missed hail to the Redskins 1982 super bowl champs john Riggins scored 4 and 1 up the middle over Miami Dolphins 27-17 victory.
Lester Hayes should be in the Hall of Fame
Good times 🐬
Terry sucks
Is the Hall of Fame Committee totally daft?
This takes me back when I showed my son and his friends some old VHS tapes of games...They kept calling "Late hit" or "defensive reciever "...I had to remind then that it was ALL LEGAL then...
Why isnt this guy in the HOF?
He was an absolute beast.
Just met Chris Hanburger, super cool dude.
We Boomers are sometimes ridiculed like all older generations because we tell stories of how great athletes were in "our day". But we are right. Who dares compare any basketball player in the last 20 years to Chamberlain and Russell!! Hayes would have smoked the 1968 and 1972 Olympians! (When then next olympics come along I always write down the track and field records set in 1968 and compare. It is often laughable how little progress has been made!) Ali was the Greatest!! How he would have destroyed the giant slugs of today!
Back before the nfl got woke and ruined
One of the most underrated LB's ever.... He was a tough guy....
I remember as a kid getting his rookie card and then going through looking up his stats etc. I never saw him live unfortunately.
There was one year that the Rams had four guys from the OL in the Pro Bowl, Doug France, Tom Mack, Rich Saul and Dennis Harrah.
As a lifelong Eagles fan...I can honestly say I hated ...I mean ENJOYED watching him.😂
CTE hits! Broken bones! This is REAL football!
A force of nature.
Andy Russell was not only a great Steeler but also a great Missouri Tiger Played back when Defenses were the ultimate key to championships. A TRUE LEADER
Danny was my guy!!! Still, to this day, my favorite Cowboy!!! Jersey is in a frame above my bed!!
Why do the cards leave St louis?
It's a crime that Cliff Branch, a GAME changing WR, wasn't inducted into the Hall of Fame while he was alive. He deserved it more than swann or any other WR in History.
Jacob’s was a monster of the whole group.. period.. when you see 66 pull and provide the lead block..you understand why they got Riggins yards
This was one of the few highlights for the Broncos in 1988
Bullet Bob?..oh, yeah, sure..but..tha' groovy an' really boss backin' soundtrack?..tha' ginchiest, baby!
I remember watching that 103 yard return at Chi-Chi's on my sister's 10th birthday, October 4, 1992.
Yep Lt never really seemed to get Riggo. If Riggo could get a block LT was not effective.. I give it to Riggins over Lt… Old or not Riggins was a great runner and never gave up..
Caster was a great player Namath is a bum
Wow, what great memories. I remember every one of those plays , my dad and I never missed watching the Redskins. Darryl Green was uh-mazing!
This guy grew up playing kill the carrier
Better pocket awareness than most QBs even now.
I saw him play with the Red Raiders . I was a freshman at Colgate and he was a senior. Tom Parr had more recognition as a quarterback.
If Darrell was several inches taller i think he would have set the record for interceptions and deflections
Great DB!
One of my childhood heroes as an Eagles fan
I'll never get tired of Billy Johnson doing the funky chicken
One of the top 5 all time combos, hands down
Darrell Green chasing down Tony Dorsett is the best chase down.
Reminds me a lot of the Harrison Super Bowl INT
WHATR WHAT What a buncha horsht why would they show the slow moe 89 yard run. Slow motion was the dmbest thing ever. People go find that game and you will see King go 89 yards like Bo Jacksons Kingdome run and almost as fast. If Bo was a 4.1 then King was a 4.2. King was one of the fastest Raiders everrrrrr
Bullshit
Jocaby especially should have been in the hall of fame 20 years ago..
In high school, it was so cool watching him in any sport. At track, I'd watched him finish the 100-meter dash and turn around, and watch everyone else finish. I'm thankful I ran 800-meter plus races. Just saying! He was a talented individual and a tremendous guy!
A great leader - tough guy
maybe it’ll get ppl to remember the old school
