Hyderabad's biggest ongoing commercial/office construction projects! (May 2021 edition)

- Hyderabad is one of the fastest growing cities in the world. Over the past few years, the city of Hyderabad has shot to international fame. From IKEA’s first India store to Amazon’s largest campus in the world, Hyderabad has been the go-to destination for many global corporate giants, especially technology companies. Today, a crazy office boom has seen new close to 100 million sq ft of new construction taking place, with a further 50 million sq ft currently undergoing approvals.
We will look at some of the largest ongoing construction projects in Hyderabad's financial district and the newly notified Kokapet SEZ. Big builders such as Salapuria Group, GAR Corp, RMZ corp and My Home group have massive projects lined up, which make Hyderabad the biggest commercial hub in South India.

Hyderabad is witnessing immense growth. Designs are just awesome.
As a kid I was raised in Amberpet ..late 90s and early 2k we used to go to banjarahills and jubilee hill to catch a glimpse of mercedes benz E class ..that's the most premium car I knew then ..now my hyderabd is a world class city while I am in chennai ..
oh god, my city....... 25 years ago, as a kid in the school uniform and neatly trimmed hair with innocence in eyes, would feel proud passing through Babukhan Estates, Gagan Vihar and Palace Heights building, none of them rising above 17.... Bangalore's Utility Building would give a complex to us, while Chennai's LIC Building would make us feel bigger. But, none of us had ever imagined it would be a flooding in the next 30 years.... loved it... hope the northern and eastern sections of the city catch up, if not on the same scale

@@dravidianteluguboy6322 hyderabad is one of the software hub because we speak English, if no English then all this software companies would not be here, we should take pride that we can speak both languages, and there many people from all over India, it is called the southern capital and a major defence hub, and people learn telegu when they live here.
@@dravidianteluguboy6322 This is the country of us all if you go to North and find people from you community you will speak in your language only not thier language just because you are in there state, and keep the stupid ego of yours to yourself I live in hyd and am from Tamil Nadu, here because my grandfather was in army here people learn the language that is necessary and I know many that speak thier native tongue and telgu, here urdu is also spoken that is why hindi is very well understood among the population, and no hyd is the southern capital of India and take your stupid complex somewhere else.

Bro you missed GMR aircity in Hyderabad
I doubt if these projects will really get leased out. Considering almost all compnaies have learnt that everything can work when 80%+ employees can work from home. Also I think the necessity of relocation for outstation employees will certainly go down.
Not possible because 90% of companies were permanent work from home and these big builders and business tycoons will lose with these big constructions govt should concern over manufacturing sector rather than service sector

Work from home is only temporary solution, not permanent. Already most companies planning to start work from office by beginning of Jan 22.
Mumbai already has Good growth of buildings, Skyscrapers, and IT
Even Banglore has very Good IT growth than any other city in India and also there are Many under construction coz I already visited it
Even Chennai has some good IT base too but doesn't know How many big projects are there in construction
But HYDERABAD is growing rapidly and literally there are many big projects under construction in Hitech, Gachibowli, Madhapur, Kokapet, Financial District sure in another 10 years Hyderabad will become like Mini America

@@ORiGiN-ip1kk just the pace of buildup. It can be done. 40 years ago - Shenzhen was nothing but a fishing village. Just need to get Hyderabad growing in double digits for a decade. It can. It can become the hub of electronics hardware manufacturing for sure.
