Loved it! Cried laughing at AJ and yoga!... Van looks amazing... And super cute first night in van!.... Re warmth.. If you've any reflectix spare.. We used to make our own thermal front cab screens with tape round the egdes. We also have optional curtain which drops down between front seats and cab for additional warmth or to make it look like a bulk head for stealth camping. Look forward to next vlogg xx

Really pleased to see the van just about complete - having followed the build from the start, it's been a great watch! It's obviously been a lot of hard work but the end-result looks the business and ready for some cool trips when things return to some form of normality. I'll take some good info from the series but it's also been fun, given that you err......don't take yourselves too seriously!

you could buy a thermal curtain to put across the back of cab area and just tie it out of the way on the drivers side as you have room there for it to be stowed :)

Oh girls I really feel your pain, so bloody inconvenient that the virus should hit at this time. But listen up. You are both very young ladies and before you know it this whole nightmare will be over. So in the meantime,as you have plenty of time on your hands, try to imagine what you would have been doing and the mistakes & bad decisions you may have been making. So when the time time comes....Bingo ! You will know how to handle it, because in your mind you have already come across it ( sorry I've been on the Vodka) Seriously though.. it will eventually get back to normal and you will be better prepared . So harsh, but understandable, tea making is an art form! The bench seat extends past the door but only by a tiny bit. We need to keep the floor space for the dog and us to be able to move around each other.
Hi girlies. Where did you get your mattress from and do they do different sizes? Loved the fart effect. Nearly weed my nappy! Don't know how you can bear those long roadtrips with no snacks. LOL.
😂😂 Thank you! The mattress is from a company called custom sized beds, they will make them any size and shape, they're not cheap but they are really comfy 😁
The mattress was form custom size beds. As for all the materials, off the top of my head would take me all night lol! But, we are going to do a full parts list soon that people can access.
Great van build, just out of interest, how tall is Louise? We're considering buying same kind of van and I'm 6ft and my wife is 5ft 10in, would we be ok having the bed the same way as you?
Hi there, I'm 5'7" and just about comfortable, if I'd have battened the van out differently then I would have gained an extra 2 inches on the bed and if one of you is short the taller one can sleep at a slight angle which will help, I know of lots of 6 footers that do it in these vans, I suppose it just depends on what kind of space you need to be comfortable. The way I've done it the bed is 180cm, but by the time you allow for your feet falling flat when you lay down and a bit of room on the pillow it's tight. Hope that all makes sense lol.
Go and park off grid for 3 months iñ winter, then you will find out what van life is reaĺly like, when you have lost job and have lock down (you can't buy anything to fit out van).
Funnily enough, about 10 years ago we lived in a tent feb/march/April. It was cold! If you watch a few of our most recent videos you'll see how we've been repurposing stuff to finish our van, as we too are unable to get out and get stuff and both of us are no longer working. It is tough times for all at the moment. Hope u are keeping safe, thanks for watching 😁👍
