    What a great selection of stories William.
    I especially like the first one.
    Quite scary indeed!
    It's easy to forget that before the time of submarines much less ROVs, the depths of the Oceans were as mysterious as outer space. More so, because daily people traversed the sea, and sometimes never returned.
    I love seeing the denizens of the deep; Magna pinner and Humboldt squid. Siphonophores and Oarfish.
    Seen in the darkness down there they are truly alien.

      It's a whole world of undiscovered terror/beauty. Even now we still don't know a lot of what's down there!
