I have the exact same mower with the vector carburetor. A 4 mm socket fits right on the end of those studs tight IT twist them right out

Can you post a link to the carburetor? Can’t find one to match this on Amazon. Thanks!

Funny at the end of the video you comment on what I was thinking from the beginning. Who in there right mind would invest that kind of money into a mower that should have gone to the lawn mower junk yard. He could have purchased a new one for just a few bucks more then the parts and labor. It’s an inexpensive craftsman. I would love you to tell me what that repair cost was.
Hey but I must also say I really enjoy your videos and I always learn something new when I watch one. Thanks for sharing. But please say what repair was as I am dyeing to know.

It was probably close to 200$ I bet

@@D-MAN107 so the inexpensive craftsman mower was probably no more than $225 new. So what sense did that make. Hey for the sense of the video I appreciated and learned something. But the owner was a fool.

@@badbob not necessarily A Fool because these new mowers are junk the cheap ones and he said that the owner really like the mower. He knows what he has now he knows it's dependable

I have had 2 of those engines. Still have 1. 1st one had sump leaking put it to curb. 2nd one still have. Had low compression. I did valve adjustment had enough compression to start but cylinder is severely scored. It sits behind the garage. Not impressed with those engines.
